Abiding is, not to prevent virtuous speech such as mantra and recitation, and not to mix with other words. At this time, the meaning is understood by the gestures of the body. When reciting, all speech such as mantra should not be done. Steadfastness is, not to depart from the state of not saying anything, and even the gestures of the body should not be done. In the Seed Syllable Tantra it says: Speech is like a mute, do not make any signs to anyone, thus the person who has done this, cuts off the distractions of the mind himself. Thus, by cutting off the speech, the unspeakable meaning arises in the continuum, and because the speech is not mixed with other beings, there is a need for the body to be accomplished. When the body is accomplished, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and the Dakinis of the sky-goers bless it, and the body is liberated into an illusory body. Then, by stopping what is to be said, speech is accomplished, and as a sign, non-humans meet and say words. By stopping the recitation of speech, the mind is accomplished, and as a sign of this, first the form of non-humans is seen, and then fragmentary manifest wisdom arises. Thus, the key to speech is the key instruction to cut off the connection between body and mind. The key to the mind is to look at the vastness of the sky and not to think any thoughts. In the Utter Transformation it says: The mind is accomplished by entrusting it to the sphere of reality. Thus, by mainly subduing the body and speech, the mind is also subdued, the wisdom of reality appears, and the bonds of the three realms are cut off. In the Seed Syllable Tantra it says: Thus, subduing the three, body, speech, and mind, in the appearance of the sphere of reality, one becomes accustomed to this. And, the key to body, speech, and mind, knowing and complying with it, one is liberated from cyclic existence. The second meaning, relying on the three keys to bring the manifest directly to oneself, there are three: binding the three keys into a vajra bond, directly introducing the self-face of manifest wisdom, and showing the arising of appearances from that. The first has two: showing the common bond of the three keys, and individually bringing one's own key to oneself. The first is the three keys of the door, the object, and the wind and wisdom. In the Utter Transformation it says: The three key instructions are inseparable, that is, the door and the object itself, and the key points of wind and wisdom are filled. For example, a weapon that seizes the key point
