The key to suppression. Bending the fingers and pressing them into the ground is the key to reversing the winds of distracting karma. Relaxing the upper body is the key to quickly arising experiences. Placing strength in the neck is the key to never being separated from the wisdom of the dharmadhatu at any time. From the 'Decisive': The Dharmakaya's posture is like a lion, Free from all fears of delusion, Will be seen with the vajra eye. Thus it is said. The explanation of the definition is: Dharma (chos) is what liberates from the aggregate of the body, Kaya (sku) is what purifies those completely, the illusory body remains at all times. Sitting (bzhugs) is not deviating from the state of samadhi. Posture (stangs) is what liberates from samsara. From the 'Golden Garuda': Whoever with the Dharmakaya's posture, Whatever being with the body's key points, Whoever knows these as they are, This one will transform the Dharmakaya great bliss, Into yoga. Thus it is said. Thus, by doing the postures of the three kayas, one will not deviate from the intention of the three kayas. Furthermore, the Nirmanakaya squatting is a symbol of liberation in the future age through reliance on asceticism, the Sambhogakaya elephant is a symbol of liberation in the future age in the state of effortless accomplishment, and the Dharmakaya lion is a symbol of liberation in the future age in true freedom from worry. If one wonders, what does it mean to transform the posture of the arising body into the posture of the three kayas? The clear light of the three kayas resides in the heart of oneself, and by doing the posture, one manifests the three intentions that are inherent in oneself. Because the three kayas are self-born, one's own posture becomes the posture of the three kayas. The arising of the body is mainly cold, if it corresponds to the Nirmanakaya, the cold and heat are balanced, if the heat is great, it corresponds to the Dharmakaya, if it is balanced, it corresponds to the Sambhogakaya, auspicious. In particular, the increase of appearances is rapid. If the body's posture is not restrained, the wisdom essence present in the body's channels will not be awakened, and if it is not awakened, the wisdom appearance will not appear in the external space, so posture is important. Sitting like an ordinary person, wisdom cannot truly appear, and sitting like an ordinary person when it appears, not only will it not increase, but it will also decline, so posture is important. Just as the legs of a snake exist on the body but are not visible, if they are bent they will appear, the posture's

Likewise, wisdom arises from illness. So, are there only three definite ways of abiding? What if there are one, two, three, or even hundreds or thousands? Since beings are led to the three realms by the three afflictions, it is definite that there are three ways to liberate them. Also, since the three afflictions mature into body, speech, and mind, it is definite that there are three. Among them, initially, from the wheel of karma of existence, the impure desire matures into form. Because it appears in the form of a bird, actions and activities are mainly composed of speech. Even when maturing into the body, one enjoys speaking, values what is said, has great desire, and will enjoy desire. In order to transform this into the path of purity, the way of abiding in the Sambhogakaya is taught. If such beings always practice the supreme way of abiding in the Sambhogakaya, they will be supremely skilled in the meaning of Dharmata. Furthermore, from the wheel of existence, the impure ignorance matures into form. Because it appears as a pig, that which awakens habitual tendencies matures into a form dominated by the mind of beings. At the time of maturing into form, there are many changes in the mind, the mind is fickle, and there is great conceptualization. One does not enjoy speaking and always enjoys sleeping. Therefore, if one always abides in the way of abiding in the Dharmakaya, one will definitely abide in the three times of Dharmata. Moreover, initially, from the impure fear, form matures. The actions of the body mature into the form of a snake, which is the main thing. This one enjoys physical activity and wants to walk. The body is strong, the body is large, and one enjoys physical cleanliness. If one always abides in the way of abiding in the Nirmanakaya, one will definitely attain Buddhahood. Therefore, the ways of abiding are definitely three. The aspirations of beings arise from the three doors of body, speech, and mind. In order to be liberated from those bonds, it is definite that there are only three. More is not needed, and less is incomplete, so it is definite that there are only three. At this time, the key to speech is to cut off speaking. In the Madhyamakavatara, it says: Speech is to be learned, to abide, and to be repeated and stabilized. Therefore, first, learning speech is to gradually reduce speaking, cut off idle talk, and learn short periods of silence. Then, learn for a long time. Sometimes, even when there is no need to speak, speak alone.
