Among the three trainings on the session of Samatha, the profound interdependence is the combination of meat, the combination of stone, the combination of grass, the combination of resin, and so on, as explained in the Treasury of Dakinis. Tummo relies on the heat of fire, the body is in a lotus posture, the breaths are combined, and from the (Tibetan: རཾ་,Sanskrit Devanagari: ram,Sanskrit Romanization: ram,Literal Chinese meaning: ram) at the navel, fire blazes, spreading heat from the emanation wheel to the great bliss wheel. Focus on holding the breath from within the single channel. When the breath flows from the left nostril, hold and practice it for the most part, and the Samatha of clothing will be accomplished. Relying on the breath, sit squatting, draw the breath inward, and when the abdomen feels hot from holding it, slowly hold the breath, exhale slowly, keep the base of the breath slightly, and inhale again. This will generate heat, eliminate living beings, and naturally stop afflictions and thoughts. Furthermore, in the Transformation it says: The yoga of clothing is like this, through breath and profound interdependence, the expulsion and collection of breath, through the key of transporting back and forth, distinguish the arising of each object, and differentiate the yoga in accordance with the body. Through the combination of interdependence, from the three of one, six, and seven, mix the pill powder well, and accomplish it through the edge of swallowing and smearing. Thus it is said. Third, regarding the training on the session of Samatha to cut off attachment to dreams and habits, there are six: channels and winds, dreams, illusory body, clear light, transference, union, and bardo. The first has been taught before, especially the key to the channels, above the wick of the Avadhuti below the navel, above Punaku, the clear red substance and the fire seed Ashada, red and shimmering, fire blazes from the heat of touch, heating within the channels, and from the (Tibetan: ཧཾ་,Sanskrit Devanagari: ham,Sanskrit Romanization: ham,Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) at the crown of the head, white and red bodhicitta drips, contemplate spreading throughout the four chakras and the entire body, then draw the single life force from the wick of the central channel, and within the four chakras, blend mantra, channels and winds, and bindu into one. From this, heat and wisdom arise, which is said to be the supreme method of the path's actual practice. As a branch of this, relying on wisdom, take the previously taught method of transference as an aid, and if not relying on it, then know the burning and dripping of the great bliss bindu, and experience it by slowly filling the two bliss channels and moving the small tongue.

Entering into the crucial point of clear equality, the determining factor for this also comes from the *Reversed Tantra*: Relying on the wind, separate karma and mind. In order to cut off the escape routes of the three realms. From the depths, reverse attachment to body and speech. For the equality of the perilous places of the six realms. Pierce the crucial points of body, speech, and mind. In order to mix mind-essence with dharma. Draw wind and consciousness upwards. In order to exhaust illusion. Always be accustomed to wind. Thus it is said. The methods for this and for overcoming obstacles are two: nectar and the crucial point of balancing the elements. Nectar is made by kneading zamba with chang and eating it, separating from foul odors. If making butter, then use the essence boiled in a pot, etc. From that very text: Again, explaining the greatly wondrous essence-taking that cuts off the stream of bodily arising. By constantly revolving excrement, Eventually, the body's leakages are exhausted. Or with extracted butter essence, By indicating that it possesses warmth, The streams of the elements will be cut off. When the stream of the body's elements is cut off, Creatures will not dwell in the body, And there will be no feces, urine, etc., And both outer and inner winds will also cease. At this time, one is a great yogi, Both food and clothing become pure. Through this, life and enjoyment, As desired, will certainly be accomplished. Thus it is said. Balancing the elements is holding the wind of the four elements: earth, water, fire, and wind. By nourishing the body with pure essence, in the mandala of the four chakras, the union of the essence of channels and wind is as wide as before, thereby accomplishing life, enjoyment, food, and clothing. From that very text: If for the four elements, By the yogi who balances them, Earth, water, fire, and wind are aligned with the crucial points, Mixed with the body and hidden by wind. By transforming and enjoying it with the elements of one's own body, One should meditate on the mandala where the crucial points converge. When habituation to this reaches its limit, The power of the four becomes equal, Enjoying bliss and being fearless, Through this also food and clothing are accomplished, And life and enjoyment are perfected. Thus it is said. At this time, in the inner chamber, one should dispel by reciting letters, or transfer it to others by power, or dispel it by the body's whirling wheels. From the *Reversed Tantra*: Diseases of the elements, not explained in other tantras, direct and reverse. Profoundly and decisively explained, listen. Wind and bile
