By placing it there, the experience of liberation arises in that place of placement, like a dream. Focusing the mind on non-conceptuality means training oneself to recognize and abide in the fact that whatever appears, whatever knowledge changes into, the continuum of moments is inherently present in the indivisible, free from conceptualization, and by becoming accustomed to this, the great samadhi of non-conceptual self-abiding arises. Focusing the mind on union means that when dualistic appearances arise, if one clings to duality, one should intensely observe it itself, thereby giving rise to the great experience of self-purification and non-duality. By using the bliss of the father and mother as the path, one can also generate the experience of non-dual bliss and emptiness. Using the bardo as the path means meditating on awareness dissolving into the bardo, and meditating on all appearances and consciousness being still in the realm of space, without any support, and meditating on space and all phenomena being equal, thereby giving rise to the experience of great emptiness free from extremes. The meaning of these is also found in "Union of Sun and Moon": By entrusting the mind to the letter A(ཨ,a,a,无), the clinging to objects will revert to its own place. By entrusting the mind to the deity of the generation stage, one purifies the impurities of the body. With the vajra song of speech, it satisfies the mind. By entrusting the mind to the letter Hūṃ(ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hum,摧破), it purifies the impurities of speech. Whoever holds the mind to Raṃ(རཾ,raṃ,ram,火), he purifies all things. Whoever abides in the letter Ha(ཧ,ha,ha,空), he exhausts all delusion. Whoever places the mind on Phaṭ(ཕཊ,phaṭ,phat,断), he removes harm to body and speech. Whoever meditates on the bindu between the eyebrows, he becomes accustomed to the winds. Whoever holds the mind to the cause of the wooden staff, he blocks the doors of the senses. Whoever is accustomed to the tip of the nose, he gathers the increasing elements back to their own place. Whoever meditates on the self-arisen light of the body, he becomes accustomed to the ground of the bardo. Whoever throws the mind into the sky, he becomes accustomed to emptiness. Whoever holds the mind to the ear, he uses all sounds as he pleases. Whoever holds the mind to the heart, he makes thoughts return to their own place. Whoever abides in emptiness, he stops clinging to objects. Whoever meditates on emptiness as Hadapo, his thoughts vanish all at once. Whoever trains the impermanent mind, he reverses clinging to samsara. Whoever holds the mind to the five elements, he generates the signs of the body. Whoever meditates on non-conceptual wisdom, he stops clinging to signs. Whoever meditates on the bliss of two entries, he

Desire is made the path. Who makes the path in the void? This also gains control over the mind. Thus it is said. In addition to these, the method of grasping the mind with the five objects of appearance, form, sound, smell, taste, and touch. In the reductio ad absurdum it says: Eye, form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, practice the abode of the five desires. Form is color, shape, etc., the difference between craftsmanship and art, and various kinds of eye tricks, etc. Sound is the pipa, the sound of the urn, the mandolin, the pottery drum, the flute, the panpipe and the hala, etc. Smell is breath and mixture, with deep dependent origination in harmony with the mind. Taste is sugarcane with six flavors, grape wine mixed in various ways, the combination of dependent origination branches. Touch is the wise man sitting on the throne, the arising of interwoven combinations, and some leaves of trees, just by touching, for the Dharma nature, the mind abides inseparable. Thus it is said. In particular, the sequence of doing the four-session yoga is also. It is said therein: The sequence of practicing the three bodies, mainly based on the merits of arising, the most important are earth, water, fire, and wind, through practicing the sound, it will definitely be accomplished. When explaining the sound of water, hold the sound melody of the dakini. If you always practice this, the emanation body will definitely be accomplished. The sound of earth is cool and heavy, with the voice of the Great Brahma. If you always listen and practice this, the enjoyment body will definitely be accomplished. The sound of fire is self-made practice, showing the speech melody of the Great All-Pervading God. Whoever uses listening to this will definitely obtain the merits of the Dharma body. The sound of wind is sharp and loud, the speech combined with the Garuda King. If you always recite and know this, the three bodies are common practice. Thus, the meaning of the sound of the four elements is that it must be combined with the external time. Winter is spring and summer seasons, water and earth are fire and wind, sequentially combined with time and certainty, if coordinated with the yoga body, it will be accomplished, there is no doubt about this. Thus, summarizing the meaning of grasping the minds of gods and humans. It says in Rangshar: The grasping of the minds of gods and humans is, after closing the breath of the nostrils, the non-conceptual mind does not change is, the nature of focused awareness, it is said that there is no temporary conceptualization. It cannot express the true great meaning.
