Smearing oil, drawing butter patterns, holding (Tibetan) Bhanda and phurba. Performing mudras of the dancing deities. Speech is reciting mantras and heart mantras. Mind is meditating on the deity's form. Especially when distinguishing between samsara and nirvana, the body remains naked and ordinary, performing various mudras and dances, and the same goes for speech and mind. When enhancing practice in forests and islands, the body wears the attire of a yogi, playing instruments such as damaru, bell, and flute, and adorned with flower headdresses, etc. The mind meditates on the deity's form, trains in recognizing awareness, and cultivates the three aspects of abiding in the meditation of one's own nature. The foot dance changes from right extension and left contraction to left extension and right contraction, etc. The activity of speech is to utter long and short vowels and consonants with melodious intonation, and to recite various sounds such as Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: 嗡), ཨེ་, ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: 吽), ཧེ་, ལྱེཻ་ཤག་, etc., and to utter the supreme secret unsurpassed Vajra words: ཨེ་མ་ཀི་རི་ཀཱི་རཱི། (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, literal Chinese meaning). ས་སཱ། (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, literal Chinese meaning). རི་རཱི། (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, literal Chinese meaning). ལི་ལཱི། (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, literal Chinese meaning). ཨ་ཨཱི། (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, literal Chinese meaning). མི་མཱི། (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, literal Chinese meaning). ར་ར་རཱ། (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, literal Chinese meaning).

Ge Yeshe Lu. Great sounds of music are unparalleled. Enjoying the edge of the sky. Buddhas, Buddhas, all are equal, and Kuntuzangpo's vastness is the pinnacle of Dharma. In the embrace of the beautiful space of the sky, the great perfection of spontaneous accomplishment is complete from the beginning. This is the meaning, received in the state of mind's pervasive vastness. Thirdly, the benefits of song and dance are, as stated in "Sun and Moon Union," this is the main method of yoga. The silent Vajra song also pleases the minds of all Buddhas. It is the companion of the yogi's practice, captivating the minds of the dakinis. It reverses the attachment to the six realms of samsara, and is the place where the fortunate ones abide. All continuums of mind attain freedom, planting the clarity of self-awareness and bliss, accomplishing the helpers of the one awareness, eliminating the faults of sentient beings, purifying the obscurations of embodied beings, bestowing the bliss of empowerment and samaya, suppressing the approach of ignorance, it is the resting place of all vehicles, the connection between view and meditation, the field for taming the essence, the place where the unmoving appearance arises from itself, and also holds the body of Vajrasattva. Thus it is said. The singer of the Vajra secret song, because of necessity, to block the door of the lower realms, is the activity of the Buddha himself. Thus it is. Thirdly, there are three ways to seize time with orderly conduct: the conduct of the beginner, the conduct of distinguishing samsara and nirvana, and the conduct of initiating asceticism on the path. The first is the ten practices of writing, offering, and so on. As stated in the "Madhyantavibhāga," writing, offering, giving, listening, reading, and holding, explaining, reciting, and thinking and meditating on them, this is the nature of the ten practices of Dharma, a collection of immeasurable merit. Thus, one learns in sequence. The second is to practice profound instructions and, as a preliminary to the third empowerment, to distinguish samsara and nirvana through the conduct of body, speech, and mind, so that the conduct of settling awareness is restored. The third is as stated in the twenty-one explanations, and here the first seven are mainly practiced. Among them, the first is to gather all the doors of Dharma and then seek the meaning of practicing one aspect on one's own continuum, like a bee searching for a hive, distinguishing Dharma from non-Dharma through listening.
