For the sake of. The three doors are connected to the doors. Breath is exhaling, inhaling, and releasing. By placing the three syllables, body, speech, and mind strength arise. Accompanied by breath, the wise should act. By doing this again and again, such is its appearance. If one gains physical strength, the instructions should be established. However, if wisdom becomes clear, one should abide in the intention itself. The doors of the senses are in front of oneself. Let the very nature of the eye be seen. If a mind of abiding arises, one will attain samadhi with non-conceptuality. So it is said. This instruction called "Pouring the Essence" is an important key to the Great Perfection. Thus, after gathering the senses, clarifying with the key to reversing death and rebirth, it is very important to cultivate diligence and meditate now, before death. Sixth, indicating the signs of the place of birth, if heat dissipates at the crown of the head, then the best will attain the Dharmakaya, the intermediate will attain the Bardo body, and the lowest will definitely exhale in the Nirmanakaya. Ordinary people exhale because they are born in a high place. Also, at the time of death, the eyes become blurred, and if heat gathers in the genitals, one will be born in the animal realm. If the right hand waves and heat gathers at the crown of the head, it is a deva. If speech is incoherent and heat gathers in the right armpit, it is an Asura. If the foot moves and stomps on the ground, and heat gathers in the sole of the foot, it is hell. If the body is yellow and without luster, and heat gathers in the mouth, it is a hungry ghost. If speech is clear and memory is not lost, and heat gathers in the eyes, one will be born in the human realm. Furthermore, it is said in the same text: The outer appearance is like this, if the heat dissipates upwards, one will exhale a great breath. If the eyes are unclear and blurred, one will be born in the evil realms. If the hands wave to the left and right, that person will be born in the realm of the gods. When words come out of the mouth in confusion, one will also be born in the realm of the Asuras. When the left foot stomps on the ground, that is the place of hell. The color of the body is yellow and without luster, that is the realm of the hungry ghosts. If a sentient being's voice comes out of the mouth, that is the realm of the animals. Or if the mouth is mute and the teeth are clenched, that is also the place of birth for animals. If speech is clear and memory is not lost, that is the place of humans. The outer signs are those, and the inner signs are combined with these. When heat and such gather at the crown of the head, that is the place of the gods.
