Oṃ. Thus, generating the vajra with the three syllables of body, speech, and mind produces the fruits of the three joys sequentially and simultaneously. Generating the lotus with the E (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) of the mother is the seal of the body of great bliss. Generating the bell of the lotus with Hrīḥ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is the seal of the speech of great bliss. Generating the stamen of the lotus with Has (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is the seal of the mind of great bliss. Thus, by establishing these three, the great seal is liberated from the bonds of body, speech, and mind, and is therefore called the Great Seal of Self-Liberation. Blocking the opening of the lotus with Phaṭ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is the key to completely abandoning the wind of great bliss. Blocking the opening of the father's vajra with Hrīḥ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is to enjoy the essence of great bliss. As it was said before: "The great vajra of body, speech, and mind, in the center of the lotus possessing the three seals, for the sake of thoroughly training the bodhicitta, the wise apply Hrīḥ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) to block it. In order not to completely abandon wisdom, the opening should be blocked with Phaṭ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)." Thus it is. Also, by the three trainings of the three bodies and mind, drawing from the tip of the vajra to the waist performs the function of nourishing and increasing the body's essence. Then, drawing it to the root performs the function of increasing the mind into great bliss. Then, drawing it to the navel performs the function of increasing the bliss of the inseparability of body and mind. There, by establishing the three seals of the lotus, experiencing the three of bliss, clarity, and emptiness is called the Karma Mudrā. Also, by lowering it from the entire body to the root of the vajra, experiencing the bliss of the Karma Mudrā performs the four activities without obstruction. Then, by lowering it to the waist, experiencing the bliss of the Samaya Mudrā performs the vows of the four stainless pure wisdoms without separation or union. Then, by lowering it to the tip, experiencing the bliss of the Dharma Mudrā enjoys the general and specific characteristics of the Dharma. By holding that bindu, experiencing the bliss of the Mahāmudrā makes bliss and emptiness indivisible and completely non-abiding. By training in this way, the channels of the mother become proficient and the bodhicitta of the father becomes proficient, both occurring at the same time. Because the channels are proficient, it is as if one has entered into absorption or not, and not being separated from bliss is the measure of the channels being proficient. When the channels are proficient, blood and serum do not flow from within the channels, and the body's

One will definitely be liberated from illness and suffering. The inside of the pulse is empty, and with the mouth open, one abides in emptiness. The wind of wisdom flows from within the pulse, therefore one constantly abides in non-conceptual wisdom. The measure of accomplishment of the father's bindu is: gaining the power to draw back the bindu from within the lotus, and it becomes thin, clear, pure, and spreading like Kundā water. It stays wherever it is placed, therefore the body is accomplished internally. Because of its accomplishment, even if the bindu actually arises, the substance is not seen, therefore it is said that there is no need to perform the union that cuts the root of samsara. From that, greater bliss arises, therefore the mind is accomplished internally, thoughts subside, and the limits of karma and habitual patterns are emptied. Outwardly, the body is accomplished, there are no white hairs or wrinkles, one forgets the nine stages of the body, becomes youthful, and flourishes. Diseases such as wind and bile are pacified, and life becomes equal to the sun and moon. Moreover, since bodhicitta is actually accomplished, the body is accomplished outwardly, and the mind is accomplished inwardly, these three occur simultaneously, therefore it is called the mind abiding in the view of the three kayas being without self. Moreover, the root of samsara is conventional truth, therefore in order to make its basis empty, if the bindu is not accomplished, the root of samsara will not be emptied, therefore there is no hope for Buddhahood. Moreover, if the bindu is placed on the ro-ma pulse, one will be separated from the attachment to food. If placed on the single pulse, one will not need clothes and warmth will arise. If placed on the kun-'dar-ma pulse, one will be able to pass through mountains and rocks unimpeded. This is the extent to which the body is made serviceable because bodhicitta is initially generated by the body. Then, since the body binds the mind, bodhicitta is accomplished, therefore the mind is accomplished. From this, great compassion arises, and the mind stays where it is placed and goes where it is sent. As said before: The qualities of this are beyond description, there is no aging or death, one becomes young and beautiful, and becomes a great source of nourishment. Thus it is said. To grasp the conventional bindu with the posture of the body and the key points of the wind is: first, finely grind the fruit of a dog dried in the shade into powder, also donkey's argha, and the dog's vajra veins. Apply it to one's own vajra and perform the union, the bindu will not leak, and
