Do. Fourth, the way to increase the Bodhicitta of oneself and the Mudra is: the combination of the five roots, the fence of mutton soup, the meat of sparrows, yogurt, mix brown sugar and eat seven times in a hot place, it will increase. Also, Amala fruit mixed with wine, musk, and wintergreen can also increase the body. Fifth, the order of teaching the Mudra is: explain the Dharma of cause and effect, show the happiness and suffering of Samsara and Nirvana, empower and abide by the vows. Sixth, the way to create happiness for her is: slowly for a few days, let her be naked, bathe her with fragrant water, apply fragrant dots in three places and touch, scratch her ears with fingernails, massage the veins of the thirteenth vertebra, hug without actually combining, kiss, encourage with the sound of "existence", put bone ornaments on her body, let her sing the lotus song, put the lotus root into the net of Bindu. Also apply Bindu in the other six places. From the previous text: Thus, from then on, in a room without people, let her be naked, take off her clothes and observe. Seventh, the key to finding and grasping the pulse with special combination is: the secret instruction to raise the pulse is to massage the breasts, make a net of Bodhicitta Bindu on the throat, say "Haha Hihi Hoho", apply various bile Bindu on the top of the head, apply nutmeg and saffron Bindu on the third wrinkle below the anus, massage the seventh rib on the left side with your ring finger, doing this will make all the pulses rise. Then the key to grasping is: apply dog garlic and wolfsbane, nutmeg powder, and cinnabar on the tip of the Vajra, combining will prevent the pulse from falling off. Also, visualize yourself as the Yidam parents, and then combine the Vajra and the Lotus. It says in Hevajra: Combining Myrobalan and cardamom, the happiness there is particularly excellent. The previous text also says: Raise the pulse for the sake of wisdom abiding, grasp the pulse for the sake of Bodhicitta. Eighth, relying on the key points of the body to lower the conventional Bindu: on the top of the head, place the syllable (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) with the head facing down, and focus consciousness on it, the body

The key is to curl the fingers of the hands and feet inward, which is to cut off the branches and leaves of the five afflictions. Lifting the intestines upwards is the key to turning the helm of existence upwards. Pressing the tongue against the palate is to increase the taste of bliss. Turning the eyes upwards is the key to attaining the three bodies. Reciting HŪṂ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) is to gather appearance and existence into great bliss. Drawing the breath upwards is the key to purifying the objects of the three realms. These six physical key points sever the continuum of the birthplaces of the six realms. Six key points are sufficient; less will not accomplish, so six is definite. As it says before: The six physical key points, the speech is HŪṂ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽). The great bliss of all the Buddhas is gathered. Great bliss is not elsewhere. Thus it is said. The key to holding the poison as the sacred bindu vajra vase is: the physical key point should be done in the posture of a lion's leap, and curling the joints of the hands and feet is the key to cutting the root of samsara. Throwing the upper body backwards is the key to the union of prana and mind. Opening the eyes wide is the key to opening the door of wisdom. Lifting the intestines upwards towards the spine is the key to the definite liberation of physical bliss. Reciting a long HŪṂ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) is the key to mixing prana and mind into dharmata. Occasionally uttering the sound "ཨིག་" is the key to generating the fruit of pure dharmata. Holding the tenth bindu in this way, and applying it to the great bliss mudra through practice: Thus, holding the bindu at the root of the vajra jewel, one experiences the bliss of the dharmakaya; holding it at the waist, one experiences the bliss of the sambhogakaya; holding it at the tip, one experiences the bliss of the nirmanakaya. Furthermore, generating the vajra with OṂ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡), making the body into a vajra, is the key to uniting the three bodies into one. Generating bodhicitta with ĀḤ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 啊), making speech into a vajra, unites the inexpressible speech, the invisible speech, and the inconceivable speech into one, thus reaching the garden of hearing, thinking, and meditating. Generating the vase with HŪṂ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), making the mind into a vajra, unites the non-conceptual and non-thinking mind of the dharmakaya, the non-distracted mind of the sambhogakaya, and the wisdom of diverse manifestations of the nirmanakaya into one, therefore body, speech, and mind are inexhaustible and do not go beyond the wheel of adornment.
