Generosity and so forth are ethics, likewise, meditation and so forth, are truly great conventional truths. Ultimate truth also has two aspects: the ultimate truth of characteristics and words, and the ultimate truth of the mind. The ultimate truth of characteristics and words is to refute and argue against everything. That is also the reasoning of valid cognition: whatever appears as such in itself. In the great emptiness of words, it is empty in meaning and not understood. It is the ultimate truth of characteristics and words. The ultimate truth of the mind is to desire to meditate on emptiness, nothing at all. For example, like the emptiness of the sky, the meaning of emptiness is suchness itself. Emptiness is cut off and limitless. Thus, one practices and clings to it. The path is desired to be like this. It is desired to be cultivated on the ground. That is, warmth arises, patience, the peak, and the supreme Dharma of the world. Warmth is shown in three ways: outer, inner, and both. The arising of outer warmth is like this: from the second, the stainless one, emptiness arises, appearing as an object. That is the practice of meditation, and it is said to arise in the second ground. Inner warmth is understood in the sixth, as emptiness, as awareness. The warmth of both is like this: it is said to arise from the seventh. The eighth is the attainment of patience, the ninth is the completion of the peak. The tenth is the supreme Dharma of the world. Likewise, it is desired to attain the ten grounds. That is the Bodhi Vehicle, emptiness without words or letters. It is desired to be nothing, emptiness. Thus it is said. The second meaning, the extensive explanation of established tenets, has two parts: the extensive explanation of the tenets of the Mind-Only school and the Madhyamaka school. The first also includes all that appears as white, red, and various colors, together with consciousness, which the Mind-Only school considers to be true appearances of one's own mind, the Mind-Only school of true appearances, and the Mind-Only school of false appearances, which considers the appearances of consciousness to be false. The first is that what appears as an object is merely the outward manifestation of the appearance of one's own consciousness. It is like the image of a jewel Keke Ru, attached to the branch of a jewel tree on the bank of a pond, appearing in the water, and the appearance of the jewel appearing outwardly. This is what they believe. This can be divided into three: the number of appearances is considered to be the same as the number of consciousnesses; appearances and consciousnesses are considered to be like separated eggshells; and appearances and consciousnesses are considered to be diverse and non-dual. The first is
