The method of increase and decrease comes from the *Transcendence of Mind Theory*: Self-awareness and wisdom reside in the body, Just as oil is extracted from sesame seeds, The radiance and brilliance of the body, Are pervaded by the moisture of wisdom. In accordance with the body, the bodies of the Buddhas, The light, fragrance, color, and signs of wisdom, Through actions, entries, and the bodies of the Buddhas, Are pervaded with radiance. Wisdom itself and the function of the lamp, Differentiate the signs of ultimate and conventional truth. The essential points of each maturing bindu, The transformation of conceptual coarse grasping, The appearance of wisdom in four or two parts, From the distinctions of arising and entering actions. In the palace of citta-ratna (mind-jewel), A gathering of jewels, an eight-cornered gate, The five wisdoms and five bodies, The power of wind and consciousness are also five, All are of the nature of five fives. The essence of the body is radiance, The way wisdom abides. The bindu is accomplished by contracting and churning, Light rises and gathers. The essence of wind is the combination of relatedness, The action of entering is distinguished by boundaries, The wind of action that moves it ceases, And is combined with the arrangement of delusion. The essence of awareness is to extract, To contract and place in space. The essence of the sphere is to gather, To attract and combine the scattering of elements. The essence of appearance is increase and decrease, Various things are liberated in their own place. Thus it is said. The specific essence, the essence of the four chakras and three principal [channels], by subduing, the wind, mind, and wisdom are placed in the net, that is, from the same [text]: Awareness, the path of wisdom itself, On the wheel of one's own nadi (channel), Because the kaya (body), vak (speech), and citta (mind) are spontaneously complete, The ro-ma (rasana), rkyang-ma (lalana), all tremble. The three mas (mothers) hold the body, The central [channel] supports the four chakras. Because these abide on the right, left, and center, Through the distinction of conventional and ultimate truth, They generate the body and limbs, And also cause the lamp itself to mature. The ro-ma (rasana) with the ro (taste) on the chakra, The wind stimulates and shoots the bindu, The ro (taste) relies on the nadi (channel), Through bliss, the body and mind increase. The ma (mother) gathers the essence, And does not make the basis for the upper and lower places. Here, contracting and filling is the key, On these six branches, If you cut or burn, wisdom will be blocked. If you want to get warmth, massage is the key, You should attract the wind and bindu. The rkyang-ma (lalana) on the generating chakra, The wind shoots and gathers, the bindu enters. Rkyang (lalana) is called without a partner, The single intention.

It manifests. The mother's function is to eliminate aging and generate the radiance of essence. The key here is to conceal and knead. Because branches are not visible here, bind bindus at the four ripening stages. If you want to gain control over food, control the wind and do not abandon water. Examine the pulse with vows. Universal trembling brings memory, and the crown chakra matures by contracting. Reverse karmic winds and hold wisdom. Everything bestows the qualities of the Nirmanakaya, trembling bestows the qualities of the Sambhogakaya. The mother directly reveals the Dharmakaya. The key to these twelve branches is to conceal and entwine. If you want to prolong life, rely on anointment. Bindus are accomplished through body and mind. The path of wisdom is among these, bindus become united with the body. The movement of wind accomplishes all actions. The master of the mind is held by consciousness, the path is grasped and attracted. Thus it is said. Second, regarding grasping the door and lamp of arising, among the door and lamp, the key of the door is the vein connecting from the heart to the brain, purifying faults, qualities, and senses, having five branches, in the eye, from the center of the vein resembling a goat's horn, from the light vein, wisdom truly arises, therefore looking motionless at the expanse of the sky is the correct key, as it says in the Thalgyur: The very door of the arising of wisdom, is the gathering of all the essence of the body, arises from the door called "chakshu" (Sanskrit: cakṣu, IAST: cakṣu, Literal meaning: eye), shows the appearance of grasping duality, arises connected from the generating vein. From the tip it becomes one, the senses manifest on objects, one having five branches, appears on the door of each sense, especially purifying faults and qualities, from the vein coiled like a goat's horn, it separates white and black, called "A-adra", recognizes and grasps all forms, and fully shows the self-power of knowledge. Here, wisdom truly arises, through manifestation and its own key, the pure self-appearing realm of dharmata, remains in the cessation with concepts. Thus it is said. The key of the lamp is to restrain the way of looking and the way of gazing, and to learn from filling, reducing, guiding, and the symbols of the sun and moon, as it says therein: From the arising of ultimate dharmata, it is said to be four lamps, ripening and entering, pervading emptiness, therefore collecting the dharmata realm appearance. From the hook gathers forms, cuts and projects with wind. Come
