If measured in the way of..., in the sky called "Adorned with Precious Lapis Lazuli," some dormant consciousnesses of the upper beings fall, thereby multiplying countless beings, which is called "Extremely Visible," because if one sees it, one will be even more delighted. The body size is eight thousand yojanas, and the lifespan can also reach eight thousand intermediate kalpas. Below that, in the sky called "Precious Exquisite," countless beings propagated from the upper realms appear, which is called "Wonderful Manifestation," because it measures the qualities that are more excellent than the lower realms. The body size of these beings is four thousand yojanas, and the lifespan can also reach four thousand intermediate kalpas. Below that, in the sky of Precious Amethyst, some consciousnesses slightly propagate from the upper realms, thereby greatly increasing the number of beings, which is called "No Suffering," because those beings who experience the appearance of joy and happiness have no suffering. The body size is two thousand yojanas, and the lifespan can reach two intermediate kalpas. Below that, in the sky called "Precious Crystal House Stacked," beings called "Not Great" appear, because there is not much desire and craving for appearances. The lifespan can reach one intermediate kalpa, and the body size is one thousand yojanas. Thus, these five abodes, because there is not the slightest stain of afflictions, are called the five gods of the Pure Abode, which are the other five abodes of the noble ones. Above the other three abodes of ordinary beings is, below that, in the sky called "Precious Exquisite Widely Spread," propagated from some gods of Not Great who have fallen, which is called "Great Fruit," because it is accomplished by the virtuous fruit corresponding to merit. The body size is five hundred yojanas, and the lifespan can reach five hundred intermediate kalpas. Below that, there is a sky called "Adorned with Precious Kali-colored Exquisite." The beings propagated from some Great Fruit gods disappearing in the manner of droplets are called "Merit-born," because they are produced from previously accumulating a great deal of merit. The body size is two hundred and fifty yojanas, and the lifespan is also that many intermediate kalpas. Below that, there is a sky called "Precious Clouds Extremely Dense," from the beings of Merit-born disappearing, countless beings called "Cloudless Light" propagate. Moreover, it is slow and peaceful.
