There. At the time of the completion of the body, whatever sudden events occur to the body and mind are due to the stiffness and trembling of the body. Then, on the second day, the soil is mixed together and pressed down with a heavy object, causing the child to feel pain from the crown of the head to the area being pressed. At this time, the substance of the body is considered to be as mature as flesh, and the causes and conditions spread like roots, like water. Because the causes and conditions of ignorance are inseparable, it is liberated into non-conceptual wisdom, which is the key to Dzogchen's transcendence of acceptance and rejection. Above, the substance of the body is formed like moisture, like blood, so the causes and conditions flow like water, like tendons. Then, after another three days, the wind, mind, and all causes and conditions are burned into fine dust, causing suffering as if falling into a red pit of fire. At this time, the substance of the body is first like wind, and the causes and conditions are like bones, congealed like butter. Then, on the fourth day, they are scattered like mercury dust in the wind, causing pain like being chopped into pieces by an executioner's axe. This is also caused by anger. This is also because the substance of the body above matures into fine dust, and the causes and conditions manifest as luster. This is because of the action of the four external elements and the holding of the four internal elements. Therefore, when the body is complete, there are four seasons outside, and four times of day and night inside. This is what arises from this. That key lies in symbolizing the changes of the four empowerments. Then, on the fourth day, the spreading water veins stretch out, and in the clear veins, the elements move lightly and are pushed upward by the wind. From this, the earth of the four directions of water, the fire, and the pulses of the wind tremble, flicker, and entwine, and the seed syllable Kham (Tibetan: ཁཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: खं, Sanskrit Romanization: khaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: emptiness), green, red, and yellow colors tremble, flicker, and entwine in accordance with those pulses. This is because when the body is complete, there is too much flow of thoughts. In the center of those four, there is what is called "life," standing upright like a thread. That is life, that is time, that is opportunity. From this arises existence and increase and decrease. If that exists upright, there will be longevity. When the body matures and falls to the ground, it is called the sound "Ayu." If the life thread coils to the left, there will be interruptions in life. Just born, "Kham (Tibetan: ཁཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: खं, Sanskrit Romanization: khaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: emptiness)."

在其中,字母 Sam(藏文:སཾ།,梵文天城体:सं,梵文罗马拟音:saṃ,汉语字面意思:合)黄色,清晰而闪耀地形成,众生的语言的声音依赖于此而产生。 此时,火的脉络燃烧并蔓延,其中字母 Ram(藏文:རཾ།,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:火)非常闪耀和飘动地存在,众生的意识敏锐和迟钝的区别,通过这个字母的清晰与否来区分。在其四个方向上,内部成分的四大元素的脉络蔓延、燃烧和燃烧,其中,Ram(藏文:རཾ།,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:火)生起,Rum(藏文:རུཾ།,梵文天城体:रुं,梵文罗马拟音:ruṃ,汉语字面意思:猛)空虚,Ram(藏文:རཾ།,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:火)具有睡眠的象征存在,因此,众生的记忆和思考的轮子依赖于此而产生。

The sound of the earth resounds. If it curves downward, it indicates a short lifespan. Immediately after birth, the sound "Akhrim" arises. In the scriptures, it is said, "Life is lifespan, warmth, and the basis of consciousness." This is the explanation for it. Then, on the fifth day, the body cleansed by water is held, and the activity of growth is performed. Within it, the letter Sam (Tibetan: སཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: सं, Sanskrit Romanization: saṃ, Chinese literal meaning: together) yellow, clear, and radiant forms, and the sound of beings' speech arises dependent on it. In its four directions, the earth, water, fire, and wind channels are held, gathered, and elevated, and within them, white, red, and green Sum (Tibetan: སུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: सुं, Sanskrit Romanization: suṃ, Chinese literal meaning: good) each exist in accordance with those channels, so the four modes of behavior—walking, sleeping, sitting, and dwelling—arise from them. Then, on the sixth day, fire and wind combine to perform the activity of the body's formation and destruction. At this time, the fire channel blazes and spreads, and within it, the letter Ram (Tibetan: རཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: fire) exists very radiantly and fluttering, and the distinctions of beings' sharp and dull consciousness are distinguished by whether this letter is clear or unclear. In its four directions, the channels of the four inner elements spread, blaze, and burn, and within them, Ram (Tibetan: རཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: fire) arises, Rum (Tibetan: རུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: रुं, Sanskrit Romanization: ruṃ, Chinese literal meaning: fierce) is empty, and Ram (Tibetan: རཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: fire) exists with the symbol of sleep, so the wheel of beings' memory and thought arises dependent on it. Thus, with the completion of six days, the elements exist as the basis for their own activities. If it were not for these four, one would not be able to control the food and clothing that depend on the external four elements, the dharmas within would not manifest in groups of four, and the fruits of the secret four powers would not ripen, so these four are definitely the basis for formation. Then, every two days, the activity of two elements grasps the foundation of the body, just as the combination of male and female produces the growth of the seed, it should be understood that the combination of male and female elements causes the aggregation of the body to grow. Furthermore, on the seventh day, the four elements become one taste, from which arise four causes and conditions: wind and mind, four: flesh and blood, warmth and breath, four channels, four letters, all become a viscous state, and together with the assembly of all gatherings, the wind channel throbs and flows, and within it, Yam (Tibetan: ཡཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: holding) exists like flowing and moving, and the beings' breath arises from it, coming and going and becoming empty. From this, the earth's wind channel throbs and dissipates.
