Again, it is the same as before. Thus it is said. Fourthly, what is to be expressed is: the essence is not biased towards any side, nor is it divided into categories, and the way it appears can be transformed into anything. Secondly, refuting this: if the basis can be transformed, then the pure Buddha will become the impure delusion. Without anyone's effort, sentient beings will be transformed into Buddhas and liberated. Also, the result will become the cause, because it is the basis of transformation. Broad and other material things will also become wisdom, and wisdom will also become material. Also, is the essence that is not divided into categories transformed? Or is something else transformed? If the essence is transformed, then the essence cannot be the basis, because it is transformed into a dharma that is different from the basis. If something else is transformed, then the promise that the essence can be transformed into anything is broken. Also, is it the permanent that is transformed? Or is it the impermanent that is transformed? The permanent cannot be transformed, like space. The impermanent does not need to be transformed, because it has already been transformed. Also, according to the reasoning of the three times, there is no possibility of transforming the past and the future, because they are non-existent things. The previous part of the present has ceased, and the later part has not yet arisen, because it does not exist. Because the object of transformation is not found, it is unreasonable to say that the basis can be transformed into anything. As it is said in that very text: Because it was said before that it can be transformed, if one's own state can be transformed, then this is also the same without certainty. Because the result itself will become the cause, all efforts are unnecessary. Because of transforming again and again, how can matter become wisdom? Just as it cannot be transformed, shouldn't this be known? What is said is also the same. Thus it is said. Fifthly, what is to be expressed is: the essence of wisdom has no bias, it appears universally, so it accepts everything. Secondly, refuting this: accepting everything, does it mean accepting that it abides in that basis? Or does it not accept that it abides? If it is the former, then the permanent reality and the impermanent reality will both be established simultaneously, because the impermanent only appears. If the impermanent is established, but the permanent reality is not established, then the promise of being able to accept everything is broken. Similarly, samsara will be liberated without effort, and those who are liberated will regress, because it accepts everything. If it is the latter, then accepting that the horns of a rabbit and the son of a barren woman created samsara and nirvana, etc., one will find endless faults. As it is said in that very text: In accordance with all acceptances, the teacher himself
