No one can destroy it. Enemies cannot liberate it. If you do not seek self-purification, if you do not know self-purification, like wanting to clear muddy water, it will never be clear. This is not the nature of Dharma itself. If you do not know the freedom of self-appearance, like the appearance of ordinary fools, attachment will not be reversed. So it is said. Therefore, other vehicles cannot purify it even if they try. Here, with the key to realizing self-awareness as penetrating, purification occurs in the realm without abandoning it. That is, by practicing Tögal with the appearance of self-establishment with effort, one is liberated. By realizing the self-liberation of awareness without effort, one is liberated by cutting through Trekchö, decisively. However, Trekchö of awareness does not liberate from afflictions, but the afflictions themselves are liberated by themselves, like a snake's knot. The key to the liberation of afflictions themselves in arising and liberation lies in not forgetting the state of Trekchö realization of awareness, so it seems that awareness liberates afflictions, but in reality it is not so. Again, in that same tantra it says: Alas! Listen also, you powerful ones. These are the two kinds of wisdom in stages, namely, those with effort and those without effort. Those with effort remain in their own place, with the measure of familiarizing appearances, when the appearance of pure wisdom arises spontaneously in all places, inside and out, it is not born from conditions. Even if they arise and change, they are liberated in their own self-established place. Therefore, it is the appearance of a yogi. Those without effort are like this: by oneself, self-liberation in oneself. The self-essence is self-liberated, like iron attracting iron, like stone striking stone. Oneself is the greatest antidote for oneself. By realizing the Great Perfection of self-nature, whatever familiarization is like this, by abiding without searching, one finds the meanings. Without meditating, great bliss increases. One directly knows in self-nature. This, when it meets with anyone, even if they are endowed with the five heinous crimes, by familiarizing with this, they will be liberated, without doubt, like in a paradise. So it is said. The vajra of the sky without accepting or rejecting good or bad, all afflictions, karma, and habitual tendencies, are all magical displays that arise as play from power. The antidote of doing good, the path of liberation itself, is also a magical display that arises as play from power. Since both arise as wisdom from the play of power, the key is to abide in the state of recognition without fabrication. The pace is the same, the gait is the same, and the shaking from the ground is also the same. When conditions arise,

Since cause and effect are not separate, self-placement and spontaneous placement, the cycle of cause and effect, are precious. When various conceptualizations to be abandoned arise, and the antidotes that abandon them, all good thoughts arise from the play of awareness, being equal, there is no good or bad, acceptance or rejection, it is precious to leave it in its own state. Moreover, those two, good thoughts and bad thoughts, arise in the state of awareness, and are equally fast in thinking about objects, so there is no difference in how they appear to stop and disappear on their own. Those two, right now, in the state of awareness, are like appearing ༼༡༽ , as friends ༼༢༽ of appearing, there is no difference in how they appear. There is no difference in how the first one moves from the base and appears or arises clearly ༼༣༽ outwards. Both the good thought antidote part and the bad thought abandonment part are precious to cycle through cause and effect in the state of awareness with great self-liberation and spontaneous placement, because the path antidote's good thought view, meditation, action, and result, and all the bad thoughts of delusion to be abandoned, have no root in the beginning, so even if you search, there is no end. If you examine it now, it is not there, but if you do not examine it, the number exceeds thought and speech. In the end, there is no coming and going, so the essence is free from finding an end, and because cause and effect are endless, there is no end. There is no time to conclude and grasp except for spontaneous placement and great self-placement. As the Great Garuda says: Who wants the fruit of the path without a base? Because of wanting, this obscures the path of liberation. Empty darkness ༼༡༽ removing and existence and non-existence itself, permanence and annihilation, cause and effect, the four, that is, on the eight, the boundless space is equal to itself. Whoever wants to seek the end, like a blind bird seeking the end of the sky, cannot find it. No one can change the meaning of not finding it. There is no end to this knowable, non-elaborate. So it is. Showing the sky nail that is secret to those who hold the lineage of the King of Vehicles and those of inferior intelligence: This is the pinnacle of the supreme secret vehicle, do not speak to those of inferior intelligence, it is extremely secret. Because of the power of slander, the essential teachings are confused. Establishing ༼༢༽ oneself and entering into wrong views. Those who reveal secrets fall into endless evil destinies. Therefore, the lineage of the most secret King of Vehicles is shown and entrusted to the fortunate and virtuous. This wonderful lineage of the King of Vehicles is secret to the unfortunate, and shown to the fortunate.
