There is no mistake. Therefore, it is very important not to be deceived by bad circumstances until one has gained stability. Therefore, it is most precious to cultivate the ability of penetrating awareness. In the "Pearl Rosary," it says, "This is the state of complete enlightenment, which has not moved from its essence." And, in the "Perfection of Skill," it says, "The Dharmakaya, unthinking, self-arisen, is meditation. Without an object of focus, realizing the meaning of one's own nature, is great contemplation without gathering or scattering." These are the vows of the five great distinctions that dispel wrong paths, obscurations, and faults. Thus, the four methods of abiding, the three samadhis, and the twenty-two sutra points, totaling twenty-nine aspects of Dharma, are the key to the three definitive points shown here, so there will be no mistake in the essential points. Now, to summarize these meanings into the nature of reality, which is beyond cause and effect, action and seeking: This vast expanse of afflictions, karma, and habitual tendencies, performs the play of emanations of rootless illusion (Tibetan: སྒྱུ་མའི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: माया, Sanskrit Romanization: māyā, Literal Chinese meaning: illusion). One must be liberated from this; otherwise, one will revolve in cause and effect. There is no method more supreme than this. Therefore, cherish not straying from the view of the nature of reality. This is my heart's deepest secret advice. Cherish everything being, everything not being, and transcending both being and not being. One must be liberated now from the illusion of samsara, cause and effect, which is like a dream. If one repeats the causes, karma, and afflictions (Tibetan: ཉོན་མོངས་པ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्लेश, Sanskrit Romanization: kleśa, Literal Chinese meaning: affliction) as conditions, then the fruit of samsara will not arise, just as if there is no seed, the sprout will not arise. Since the fruit follows the cause, everyone agrees that to reverse samsara, one must stop its cause. As it says in the scripture: "All phenomena arise from causes. The Tathagata has spoken of these causes. Whatever is the cessation of the causes, this is what the great Shramana has said." There is no method deeper than the Great Perfection of self-nature to prevent the reversal of cause and effect. The way of this is to not stray from the wisdom of self-nature, the nature of reality, and self-arisen, and it is extremely important to transcend the boundaries of hope, fear, and clinging to this. In the "All-Creating King," it says, "Desiring happiness is the disease of attachment, without desire, one takes happiness. Accomplishment is not achieved by accomplishing Buddhahood, without seeking, self-nature abides, naturally accomplished. Without seeking, abide in self-nature, do not think." This chapter is about practicing this.

The essential points of self-nature are determined as a single teaching, which is an important key instruction. In the "Treasury of Dharmadhatu," it says: Teaching that the mind does not deviate from the nature of reality is the commentary on the tenth chapter." །། Thus, to help teach the great establishment of mind, from the precious key instructions, adverse conditions that appear naturally dissolve, which is the great thunderbolt of self-liberation in the moment of encounter: all equal to the space of one Bodhicitta in. Grasping duality causes the cycle of cause and effect to arise. Illusions are rootless like phantoms, encounters are traceless and free from attachment. When object and consciousness meet, recognize the self-established awareness, as mentioned before. Relax in the present moment, or focus, or naturally abide, the self-liberated Dharmakaya nature manifests. As the "Pearl Garland" says: The unchanging nature of reality is extremely stable, self-appearing, self-liberating, one's own realm, self-nature, self-purifying, one's own sound, focus in the moment, naturally abide . Says etc. The thunderbolt that shows adverse conditions as a method of training awareness is: When unpleasantness descends, the mind that should be abandoned. Anger, displeasure, jealousy, quarrels, and scolding . Sadness, depression, illness, the mind of suffering. The fear of death and birth, etc. When it appears as a play from power, recognize it. Do not abandon, do not embellish, do not transform, do not accept. Do not look, do not meditate, naturally abide in the present moment. Without discrimination, without gathering or scattering, naturally relax . Traceless, naturally dissolves, the empty and pure mind. Light, clarity, and strength arise from within. When strong attachments such as displeasure, anger, quarrels, and hatred arise, do not abandon them like a Shravaka. Do not embellish them with antidotes like a Bodhisattva. Do not transform them into wisdom like outer and inner mantras. Do not intentionally accept them like some schools of mind. Do not look at them like some people. Do not focus on them like some people. But recognize the awareness of that moment, be awake in the present, unpleasantness naturally dissolves, and awareness becomes clear and transparent. As the "Heap of Jewels" says: When beings experience suffering, my happiness naturally arises. At that time, there is no difference between suffering and happiness, and my merits are perfected here. So it is. Whatever appears is liberated at the moment of encounter, thereby realizing the thunderbolt of abandoning and applying antidotes on the basis: is
