Since I am without the obscuration of wisdom, there is no need to generate clear wisdom. Since all abide in my realm, there is no ground for practicing and traversing. Since I pervade all, there is no path to be traversed for me. Since I am primordially free from grasping and being grasped, I cannot be named as subtle. Since my form pervades all, the name of duality is primordially nonexistent. Since I am primordially self-arisen wisdom, others cannot determine me. Since I am the heart essence of all enlightenment, there are no other secret instructions. Since I have transcended all imputation and slander, I recite the 'La' of all dharmas. Since there is no other realm without me, I recite 'La' without view or meditation. Since there is no protector other than me, I recite 'La' without protecting vows. Since there is no search other than me, I recite 'La' without seeking activities. Since there is no abiding other than me, I recite 'La' without practicing on the ground. Since I have no obscuration from the beginning, I recite 'La' as self-arisen wisdom. Since I am the unborn nature of reality, I recite 'La' as the subtle nature of reality. Since there is no traversing other than me, I recite 'La' without traversing the path. Since all Buddhas, sentient beings, phenomenal existence, and the contents of the vessel arise from me, the heart essence of enlightenment, I recite 'La' as primordially non-dual. For the sake of determining self-arisen wisdom, I recite 'La' as the great thunderbolt descending. Since all dharmas do not exist apart from me, I, the all-creating one, recite the 'La' of all. Thus it is said. Now, with realization vast as the sky, reciting 'La' in the great non-action of dharma, and with nature manifested, reciting 'La' in the great exhaustion of dharma and transcendence of mind: All dharmas are primordially liberated, whether liberated or not; the nature of abiding is pure, whether pure or not; the nature of mind is free from elaboration, whether free or not; the original nature is established, whether established or not; this is the essence of one's own awareness, the groundless, naked, and utterly gone, the exhaustion of dharma and transcendence of mind. As the Garland of Pearls says: Since the limbs have not moved and have already gone, the path of the traveler has already been traversed. Since the spoken word is unspeakable, it has already transcended speech and thought. Since the scattering of thoughts is primordially empty.
