Dzogchen says: 'Samsara and Nirvana are self-awareness itself. They are not separate, but non-dual.' 'Thus it is said.' The saying about not clinging to realization and non-realization is: 'Liberation comes from being without realization and without non-realization. Those who believe that liberation comes after realization are enemies of decline. Ati teaches equality as one, which is a key point that lower practitioners cannot understand. All dharmas are already liberated from the beginning, so there is no need to realize and then liberate now. If it is not liberated from the beginning, then it cannot be liberated through realization. If it is already liberated, then there is no need to liberate it again. Therefore, do not regard the nature of realization and non-realization as bondage and liberation.' 'Thinking that liberation comes from introduction is also a delusion. What is bound in the nature that you are trying to liberate? The clear awareness that is not established anywhere cannot be liberated through realization because there is no one who realizes and nothing to be realized. Since realization does not make it better and non-realization does not make it worse, there is no need to suddenly realize in equality. Moreover, since the ultimate truth of Dharma-nature transcends thought, it cannot be established as an object of realization. Even in conventional truth, so-called realization is only a delusion. Here, there is nothing to be realized. There is no introduction, no practice. Because it is taught to transcend view and practice, it is called transcending realization and non-realization.' The Garuda says: 'Examining the essence and exhausting analytical thought, this is the path without obscuration, letting go of everything, without confusion. It is invisible, without equal, and the essence of all wisdom.' Also, the Prasangika says: 'Liberation is just a name. Whose dharma is realization and non-realization? To whom does liberation refer? For whom is it possible to enter the three realms? This is the Dharma-nature that is free from the extremes of existence.' Thus it is said. The saying about not relying on the key points of skillful means and wisdom is: 'Not relying on the distinctions of skillful means as symbols, not wanting to realize the unspeakable is the mind of a fool. Ati teaches meaning and non-duality, which is a key point that lower practitioners cannot understand.' Lower vehicles believe that if one does not rely on their respective skillful means, such as the meaning of one's own mind, channels, winds, bindus, and the two accumulations, one cannot see. But here, not relying on anything, but realizing directly, nakedly, and clearly, this is the greatness of Ati. Because the nature of awareness has never been separated even for a moment, the terms realization and seeing are only names. The Garuda says: 'By blocking the breath and closing the eyes,'

It is binding one's own mind. Without an unadorned, independent basis, adorned body, clarity, rest, and appearance are binding. Without impartiality, non-discrimination, and mindlessness, mental speculation and proliferation bind the true nature. Without original liberation, non-action, and unwavering confidence, desire and experience bind realization. Without the key point of not seeking and resting in its own place, dependence on cause and effect and scriptures binds awareness. Thus it is said. The repeated emphasis on being beyond thought, limitless, and beyond action is: For the Great Perfection, the primordial expanse, which is bottomless and boundless, to say "there is no end" is the thought of a fool. The Ati teaching of boundlessness and decisiveness is the key point of reason that lower minds cannot comprehend. Some of the lower vehicles and Mind Series consider the essence of the Great Perfection to be without beginning, end, or depth, and beyond the realm of awareness. From considering emptiness, vastness, and boundlessness as one, here, awareness is taught as transparent, decisive, and nakedly revealed. There is no mind, intellect, or object, and seeing it in one's own realm of awareness is realizing it through the key point of distinguishing between mind and wisdom, as it is said in the Mirror of the Mind of Kuntuzangpo: "View without adornment is the transparency of wisdom; meditation without adornment is clarity without grasping; conduct without adornment is spontaneous and natural;" "Fruit without adornment is the state of self-appearing awareness; vow without adornment is the state of non-distraction, the nature of reality; powers without adornment are the dominion of the power of awareness; faith without adornment is the unchanging expanse of space; this supreme faculty of realization, remains unmoving and equal in the land of great bliss." Thus it is said. The repeated emphasis on awareness, the single bindu, the naked dharmakaya is: For a single bindu, the reasons are reversed, the hope and doubt of the result are cut off, it is equal to space. How vast, the mind of the Buddhas, equal to space! There is no abandonment or attainment, the realm of a single bindu. Primordially liberated, there is no realization or non-realization. The yogi is equal to space, blissful on the path of non-action. All phenomena of samsara and nirvana arise from the essence of awareness, the single bindu, reversing these interdependent relationships that manifest as the diverse appearances of the world and its contents, tracing them back to where they first arose, thereby thoroughly cleansing awareness, when realizing that samsara and nirvana are the magical displays of awareness, there is no longer any hope for a Buddha above, because there is no other Buddha to be attained other than the manifestation of awareness itself. Nor is there any fear of falling into samsara below.
