On the mind-essence that appears as perception, may the aspects of grasping and being grasped dissolve in their own place." "On the mind-essence that appears as formations, may the multitude of afflictions dissolve in their own place." "On the mind-essence that appears as conceptual grasping, may the objects of memory dissolve in their own place." So it is said. Now, to gather the realization free from clinging into the vast expanse of space, as the single essence of meaning: When clinging to this and that separately, abiding in duality is the root of confusion for oneself and others. When there is no distinction of 'this' and everything is equal, without any aim, it is called non-dual realization, as Vajrasattva said. The measure of whether one has realized the meaning of the Dharmakaya of awareness or not is determined by whether there is clinging in awareness or not, just as the purity and impurity of the sky are determined by the presence or absence of clouds and mist. Here, if a yogi clings to their own view and meditation, or holds onto the distinctions of what to abandon and what to adopt, it is certain that they do not have the non-dual realization in their being, because they have not separated from clinging to dualistic characteristics. The glorious protector, the venerable lama, the lord of Dharma, Kumārarāja, who has attained accomplishment in the meaning of suchness, said: Whether one has realized the nature of reality or not is known by whether one is free from clinging or not. Similarly, it is said in the Dohas: Even the slightest sting, like that of a sesame seed husk, only causes suffering. For one who does not take sides with clinging and grasping, and whose mind does not settle on taking or rejecting, and who is skilled in distinguishing Dharma from non-Dharma, but has not even a particle of clinging to the tenets, views, meditations, practices, and results of oneself and others, Vajrasattva calls that one a yogi of the Great Perfection of naturalness. As it is said in the Jeweled Garland: The great emptiness is the Dharmakaya, it cannot be shown by symbols and objects, self-awareness without cause and condition, beyond the limits of emptiness and non-emptiness. And as it is said in the Thalgyur: When the meaning of the sacred is free from the mind, and the senses are released all at once, by the key point of seeing directly, after one's own tenets have disappeared, without clinging or grasping to anything, after truly tasting the flavor of the nature of reality, without any basis for the reversal of the three realms, just as space dissolves into space, so too is the supreme yoga.

Thus it is said. From the Treasury of the Precious Expanse of Dharma, the teaching on the non-duality of Bodhichitta, the commentary on the eighth chapter. །། Thus, the very nature of non-dual Bodhichitta, established in the realm of space, beyond mind, is: In the one expanse of vast nature. The sky-like tent peg of Bodhichitta, condensed into essence and extracted, the greatness of the great, the vast mind of Kuntu Zangpo (Skt. Samantabhadra), its own nature cuts off the general wave. In one great expanse, realization and non-realization, liberation and non-liberation, are non-dual and greatly equal. Here, the root of all dharmas is established in awareness, the nature of awareness is non-dual, free from partiality, and is established in the vastness like space, that is: The vast tent peg of the great expanse of mind is not cut off from India, nor does it fall into any direction, free from the mind of self-grasping, the naked awareness that is transparent, directly pointed out in the absence of arising and ceasing, therefore, the Dharmakaya (Body of Dharma) is not stained by the impurities of mental discrimination, seeing the naked one, is the original face of this Great Perfection, the primordial purity of the Dharmakaya is greatly transparent, there is no end or place of establishment from it. From the Mirror of the Heart of Vajrasattva: Know that all the dharmas of awareness are free from the mind of self-grasping. Likewise, establish all dharmas in the absence of cessation. Establish the absence of cessation in the appearance of everything. Establish the appearance of everything in the absence of arising. Establish the absence of arising in the absence of going and coming. Establish the absence of going and coming in non-duality. Establish non-duality in clear, vast liberation. Likewise, establish all dharmas in non-discrimination and non-thinking. Establish all dharmas in the nature of clarity and non-distraction, thus here it should be known that the Dharmakaya of primordial purity, the exhaustion of dharma, is the ultimate place of establishment, or the place of establishment ༼༥༽, if this is not known, then the Great Perfection stage is unborn, one says it is beyond thought, one says it is without thought, like the nameless becoming named, the unthought has become the meaning of discrimination, therefore there is no time to know the self-face of mind, from Self-Arisen: If the Dharmakaya is not known to be transparent, although the Great Perfection stage is promised to be unborn, it is like deceiving as a fox, monkey, or lion.
