Not emerging from the swamp of ignorance, liberated from the demons of attachment and aversion. Knowingly failing to grasp the reins and falling into the abyss of evil destinies, therefore, constantly rely on mindfulness. Without the arm of Dharma practice, unable to withstand the battlefield of samsara, strive in the work of restoration and purification. If you cannot grasp the calculation of non-discrimination, then conditioned virtuous deeds will not achieve Bodhi, combine with wisdom. If you strive in this way, you will quickly achieve Bodhi. The six Dharmas for accumulating merit and striving for virtue are: Upward, respect for superiors is a great way to accumulate merit, so cherish the offerings to the Guru, Yidam, and Dakini. Downward, helping inferiors is a great way to accumulate merit, so cherish helping the suffering and poor with immeasurable compassion. Inward, impartial Dharma learning is a great way to accumulate merit, so strive to hear, contemplate, and meditate. Outward, helping others is a great way to accumulate merit, so generate Bodhicitta, teach the Dharma, and be a protector and friend. Inward, non-attachment to signs is a great way to accumulate merit, so abandon ego-grasping, arrogance, and clinging to signs. In between, practicing the true nature is a great way to accumulate merit, so practice the Three Jewels in the ultimate sense. If you practice in this way, you will quickly attain Buddhahood. "The six Dharmas of destroying oneself are: Not listening to the teachings of loving words, like a turtle dropping wood from its mouth destroys itself. Doing evil deeds but wanting to be happy, like swallowing poison but wanting to be comfortable destroys itself. Abandoning the Guru and associating with evil friends, like leaving the guide and walking into the midst of enemies destroys itself. The Dharma descends but one engages in worldly affairs, like receiving the kingdom but herding livestock destroys itself. Do not do that, cherish it very much." "The six self-destructive behaviors that should not be done are: Not going to the village but living in a remote mountain. Not practicing the Dharma, the three doors (body, speech, and mind) do not possess peace and gentleness. Not controlling the scattered mind, not focusing the mind on the Dharma." "Not being ashamed but not fulfilling promises and vows. Without vows, not respecting the Guru and Dharma friends. Not enduring suffering, being narrow-minded. Sleeping in a comfortable bed is very important." "The six poverties that should be well thought out are: Forgetting the loving father and the kind Guru, because of poverty, one cannot receive service and prayers. Forgetting the loving mother and the six realms of sentient beings, because of poverty, one cannot guide them to the path of great bliss. Forgetting one's own precious leisure and endowment and the three doors, because of poverty, one cannot use them for the benefit of others. Forgetting the excellent friends and the Siddhi Yidam ལ

། །Because of the pain of separation, always associate with reverence. This beautiful, supreme, self-born young boy, Because of the pain of delusion, firmly grasp the essential ground of Dharma. This precious jewel, the father's wealth, the mind itself, Because of the pain of loss, cherish it without distraction. If you want to hold on to permanence, cherish these six instructions. The six faults of not reaching the end of Dharma are: Although you do not want the suffering of being born in samsara, It arises like a water bubble that cannot withstand the pressure of the earth. Although you do not want the suffering of aging and decay, It comes like a flower withered by frost. Although you do not want the intense suffering of illness, It comes like a golden-eyed fish being ground by sand. Although you do not want the suffering of separation from self and others, It comes like a mother monkey losing her cub. Although you do not want the suffering of harm from enemies, It comes like a small bird being chased by a hawk. Although you do not want the intense suffering of death, It comes like a butter lamp being blown out by the wind. Thinking about these, strive in the Dharma. The six instructions that you cannot get even if you want are: These spouses, children, and relatives, always Although you want to be inseparable and together, separation is certain. This excellent dwelling place, always Although you want to be inseparable and stay, departure is certain. This happiness and enjoyment, always Although you want to be inseparable and enjoy, abandonment is certain. This precious human body of leisure and opportunity, always Although you want to be inseparable and permanent, death is certain. This excellent lama, always Although you want to be inseparable and listen to the Dharma, separation is certain. With virtuous and good friends, always Although you want to be inseparable and together, separation is certain, Therefore, from today onwards, allocate the responsibility of diligence, Hoping to travel to the realm of inseparable great bliss . To the friends who deeply generate renunciation, I, a Dharma-less beggar, urge you thus. The six Dharmas that come involuntarily are: The Dharmas of samsara, unnecessarily cast behind, The bliss of nirvana, involuntarily comes. With impartial faith and diligence in white Dharma, Happiness and sacred Dharma, involuntarily come. Whatever you do, practice according to the words of the holy lama, Profound instructions, involuntarily come. Train your mind in the four immeasurables, Benefiting others and sentient beings, involuntarily come. Abandon desire, what is there
