Know the realm of appearances as illusory. Abandon the clinging and grasping habits of conceptualization. Outwardly, engage in unbiased study and contemplation. Inwardly, subdue the five poisons of your own mind. Acting in this way will cause the armies of samsara to retreat." "The six dharmas of negative hopes are: Not having tamed one's own mind, hoping to tame others' minds. Hoping to understand the nature of reality by understanding the meaning of words. Hoping to eliminate afflictions by meditating with fixation. Hoping to traverse the path to liberation with biased dharma. Hoping to attain higher realms without accumulating merit. Hoping not to fall into lower realms without abandoning sinful deeds. The needs of those who hope are always deceived. The six dharmas of losing awareness without realizing it are: Spending one's life consumed by the five poisons of afflictions. Losing awareness and mindfulness without realizing the approach of lower realms. Becoming entangled in the bonds of family and children. Drowning in the ocean of suffering, losing awareness and mindfulness without realizing it. Spending days distinguishing between enemies and friends, consumed by hatred. Wasting virtuous actions, losing awareness and mindfulness without realizing it. Engaging in the activities of the three doors without any discrimination. Hoping to abide in the nature of mind, losing mindfulness. Without abandoning the mundane affairs of this life. Hoping for swift liberation, losing mindfulness. Clinging to the words of emptiness, abandoning effort. Hoping for signs of experience and warmth, losing mindfulness. Many are those who lose awareness without realizing it. The six dharmas needed by oneself and others in common are: Thinking about the suffering of samsara, urging oneself to practice dharma. Constantly cultivating faith and devotion, taming one's own mind. Diligently practicing the Uposatha vow, purifying the obscurations of oneself and others. Accomplishing the benefit of oneself and others with bodhichitta. Guiding oneself and others towards virtue by possessing maturation and liberation. Subduing the errors of oneself and others by diligently practicing meditation. The six essential points of cherishing, well explained, are: Cherish not letting the course of this life and future lives fall into lower realms. Cherish not mixing one's conduct with that of ordinary people. Cherish the subtle discrimination of cause and effect from the gross karmic results of the past. Cherish the union of wisdom and compassion. Cherish transforming the desirable qualities of skillful means into the path. Cherish seizing the vital points with the realization of non-duality. Whoever possesses these is the best of yogis. The six dharmas of transforming non-distraction into the path are: For beginners, do not be distracted by activities. For those who study samatha and vipassana, do not be distracted from the nature of reality. Through habituation, do not be distracted from the wisdom of memory and appearance. When emptiness is realized, there is no distraction or distractor. When stability is perfected, the realm of distraction

Please be sure to do it. When the Dharma declines, the expression of words is beyond the scope. Please take me to that state. The six methods of distinguishing between true and false are: admiring and knowing discomfort due to suffering, and being unhappy due to bad circumstances, which are difficult to distinguish between true and false. Immeasurable admiration and reverence arise from the depths of the heart, and false faith is spoken from the mouth. A brief observation makes it difficult to distinguish between true and false. Severing ties with the appearance and heart of relatives and friends, and the alienation of ruthless hearts, are difficult to distinguish between true and false. The yidam bestows the most supreme accomplishment, and the obstacles and illusions of demons are difficult to distinguish between true and false. Guiding all beings with compassion, and the image of benefiting others for the sake of the eight worldly concerns, are difficult to distinguish between true and false. The clear light Dharma nature merges into the self-nature, and falling into emptiness in a daze is difficult to distinguish between true and false. The above are the six methods of distinguishing self-nature: being uncomfortable due to suffering, and awakening when encountering a supreme state. There is no joy in any bad environment. Admiring and revering from the depths of the heart, the body and mind will change, but the senses of verbal faith will not change their radiance. Severing ties will make you understand what is unnecessary anyway. Alienation of the heart will lead to temporary differences. Bestowing supreme accomplishments, experiencing joy, and blessings merging, while the obstacles of demons will cause fear and confusion of consciousness. Guiding beings without selfish attachment, benefiting others for the sake of the eight worldly concerns, and desiring selfish benefits and respect. The Dharma nature merges into self-nature, and the senses are clear and bright, while falling into emptiness in a daze is like falling into darkness. Therefore, the wisdom to distinguish between true and false is essential. The six teachings on achieving liberation in one lifetime are: liberation in one lifetime, cut off ties now. Accumulate merit, liberation in one lifetime, regard the guru as the Buddha. Practice, liberation in one lifetime, practice the guru as the Buddha. Discipline, liberation in one lifetime, abandon illegal activities. Recognition, liberation in one lifetime, regard the flow as the Dharma nature. Practice, liberation in one lifetime, protect in that state. If you can treat it equally, you will quickly achieve great bliss. The six teachings on profound key points are: benefiting others with the Dharma, following what is beneficial to the heart. If you want to tame your own mind, get it from your own ideas. If you want to obtain the Dharmakaya, grasp the appearance of sudden flow. Practice, when the mind is distracted, look inward. If you want to cut off the flow of thoughts, integrate the energy channels and consciousness into it. If you want to reach the ultimate goal, abide in the uncontrived natural state. This is an extremely profound and essential teaching. The six signs of external and internal dependent origination are: the sign of generating faith is abandoning worldly affairs.
