Whatever a wise person undertakes will eventually be completed, a realized person can repeat the teachings, an intelligent person knows everything, having generated conviction, one can endure hardship, having merged with the Dharma, one's own mindstream is tamed, a wise person is never satisfied with hearing, the inner signs manifest outwardly. The six dharmas for untying the knots of grasping and clinging are: When attachment and aversion arise, look at your own mind and untie them; when the five poisons arise, look at your own nature and untie them; when pain arises, meditate on great bliss and untie it; when scattered thoughts arise, cut off their nature and untie them; when fatigue arises, relax and release and untie it; when dullness and agitation arise, untie them with clear and sharp awareness. The six necessities for practicing the Dharma are: Profound instructions must have essential guidance; essential guidance must have the practice of the previous masters; that practice must also have experience; the warmth of experience must have signs; the signs of warmth must have attainable results; the results must have the activity of benefiting others. Straying from the right path will lead astray . The six cherished instructions are: Whatever virtuous deeds you do, cherish not exceeding the time of the session; cherish the merging of the Buddha's words and your own mindstream; cherish that meditation can withstand external conditions, and your own mindstream is not disturbed; cherish the view that liberates from extremes, without bias; cherish the natural state of Dharma, without aggregation or separation; cherish that whatever appears, wisdom arises from skillful means. For the true Dharma, do the following six things: Turn away from the faults of samsara, abandon attachment; diligently practice the unreal, know it as illusion; generate bodhicitta, selflessly benefit others; realize the meaning beyond the intellect, distinguish samsara and nirvana; whatever thoughts arise, let them self-liberate into wisdom; let blessings naturally arise, transform external appearances. The six dharmas for cutting off the pitfalls of meditation are: Do not follow after thoughts, abide in the meaning of non-elaboration; do not be dull or agitated, raise the clarity of awareness; do not be scattered or distracted, bind with the rope of mindfulness; do not be dull and lifeless, possess the experience of bliss and clarity; do not hope or fear, abide in the spontaneously accomplished luminosity; do not be confined to narrowness, expand your mind and elevate your state and meditate. If you do this, you will not be mistaken, it is the supreme path. . The six things that should not be present in those who have entered the path are: There should not be wavering faith and grasping; there should not be weariness of samsara and suffering.

Hearing and thinking, vast knowledge without empty talk, Diligent practice without craving comfort, Arousing bodhicitta for others without mere pretense, Lofty view without arrogance, These are extremely precious, yet exceedingly rare. The six profound and essential dharmas are: Always blame yourself, Abandon others, without leaving true resentment in your heart. Abandon meaningless idle chatter, Look at the natural state of mind, free from elaboration. Sever connections with the six objects, do not pursue grasping and the grasped. Completely let go, grasp the ultimate ground with the meaning of dharmata. By acting in this way, self-benefit will be quickly accomplished. To show well with six "is" are: Rely on the advice of the guru, and there will be no mistakes. Do not delay in doing good, even death will not bring regret. Do not discriminate between enemies and friends, all appearances are harmonious. Repay kindness for good deeds, everywhere is a benefactor. Abandon jealousy and harm, tame your own mind. Protect the conduct of the holy ones, everything will be accomplished as desired. The six profound dharmas that liberate the mindstream are: The view is mind itself, therefore recognize your own nature. Meditation is luminosity, therefore make the essence clear. Action is illusion, therefore transform all appearances into the path. Experience is the arising of dharmata, therefore cut off clinging from the root. The result is inherent self-nature, therefore abandon clinging to hope and fear. The activity is benefiting others, therefore guide beings with compassion. The six natures of practitioners are: If there is a mind of benefiting others, then cherish beings. If hatred arises, know that patience is a friend. If there is compassionate generosity, then the retinue will gather. If it does not gather, know that this is a condition for increasing virtue. If there is realization, then the oath-bound ones gather like clouds. If they do not gather, know that this is a sign of breaking vows. If you abandon attachment from the heart, then wealth will gather. If it does not gather, know that this is past karma. At the time of attaining accomplishment, various obstacles will arise. If they do not arise, know that this is the blessing of the previous masters. Diligent practitioners will be disturbed by demons. If not disturbed, know that the virtue has entered the essential point. If you do not understand in this way, there is a danger of going astray. The six instructions of ultimate meaning are: If you want to realize the view, then seek out a realized one. If you have not found it, then liberate yourself from the bonds of the four extremes. Meditative practice
