It eliminates any arising earth obstacles. The six essential points of applying to the continuum, outer and inner, are: Internally, cutting off the attachment to self-grasping is key, Externally, carrying the appearance of objects as Dharmakaya is key, In between, taking grasping and conceptualization as friends is key, Upward, making the view of looking exhaustive is key, Downward, straightening the practice of Dharma according to the scriptures is key, In between, guarding mindfulness without distraction is key, If these are complete, one will quickly traverse the path of liberation. The six things to cherish when desiring Buddhahood are: Even if realizing illusion, cherish avoiding cause and effect, Even if gaining certainty, cherish not being disrespectful, Even if appearing as a friend, cherish abiding in solitude, Even if understanding without meditation, cherish subduing conceptual thoughts, Even if without post-meditation, cherish not losing ordinariness, Even if realizing the nature of reality, cherish purifying with scripture and reason. Even if reaching a high position, cherish not separating from these six. The six dharmas that show attachment as a bond are: If attached, even if it is a Yidam, it is the cause of bondage, If grasping, even if it is a lofty philosophical system, it is the cause of bondage, If clinging, even if it is compassion, it is the cause of bondage, If conceited, even if it is a profound view, it is the cause of bondage, If infatuated, even if it is experiential realization, it is the cause of bondage, Even if experiencing non-duality, if grasping, it is the cause of bondage. What need is there to mention ordinary self-grasping and possessions? Therefore, it is most precious to have no attachment to anything. The instructions for cutting the six chains of bondage are: Attachment, increase, and protection of wealth and possessions bind with chains, Attachment to lineage, pursuit of profit and fame bind with chains, Attachment to distraction, clinging to worldly affairs bind with chains, Attachment to terms, clinging to arrogance bind with chains, Attachment to experiential realization, conceited mind bind with chains, Attachment to Dharma practice, clinging to antidotes bind with chains. It seems difficult to be a practitioner without chains. The six phenomena that will arise for practitioners are: Fleeing from the objects that generate attachment and aversion, The practice of Dharma and virtuous deeds will naturally increase, Holding the vows tightly like a snare, without revealing flaws, Associating with others for a long time, disputes will be few, Respectfully accomplishing according to the words of the holy Lama, Indwelling in the Lama's mind, blessings and siddhis will naturally come, Not entrusting one's own fate to others, Being extremely happy, practice will be completed and perfected, Abandoning coarse behavior, possessing peacefulness and gentleness, Being harmonious with everyone, being pleasing to the mind, Abandoning bias, taking up a virtuous mind,

To be regarded as reliable and praised by all. Abandoning the six kinds of bad expectations is: expecting help without effort, expecting happiness without experiencing hardship, expecting to attain accomplishments without practice, expecting to attain divine dharma without abandoning worldly morality, being quick to preach benefiting others without practice, expecting to be respected for practicing a little. Like the path to liberation and the east and west of the ocean. The six kinds of bad habits are: when distributing food and drink, wanting to get more for oneself; when doing business, wanting to win; when wearing clothes, wanting to wear warm and comfortable ones; thinking that what one holds is good and what one gives to others is bad; even if staying for only one night, wanting to stay in a comfortable place; cherishing close relationships with Dharma and gurus. For such people, the sprout of liberation will wither. The six dharmas for entering the correct path are: occupying the land of the monastery, not clinging to "I" and "mine"; accepting the necessities of life, not clinging to "I" and "mine"; maintaining virtuous conduct, not seeking high positions; abandoning non-believing behavior, not caring about others' faces; helping others with compassion, not wasting family property; giving alms without bias, not expecting returns. The six dharmas for being able to practice independently are: having precepts without hypocrisy, being able to overcome adverse circumstances; understanding and practicing all the instructions; being skilled in eliminating obstacles, dispelling diseases and demons; having completed hearing and thinking, not needing to ask others; having completed distinguishing between right and wrong, understanding the differences between higher and lower vehicles; not being shaken by demons, possessing armor. The advice to abandon the six kinds of shame is: accumulating wealth and utensils is a shameful thing; wearing gorgeous clothes to show off is a shameful thing; engaging in decoration and coquetry is a shameful thing; pursuing worldly pleasures is a shameful thing; doing many things unrelated to Dharma is a shameful thing; being arrogant and conceited is a shameful thing. Those who sincerely practice Dharma should abandon these. The six dharmas of emulating the lives of predecessors are: urging oneself with impermanence and death, without being lazy; because knowing that samsara is suffering, abandoning it; abandoning royal power and enjoyment like spitting out phlegm; entering the door of Dharma with pure faith and diligence; seeking virtuous friends, cutting off the complexities of hearing and thinking; striving to practice austerities, staking body and life. By practicing in this way, one can attain accomplishments and ༼༡༽. Set a standard for this and strive to practice. From this arise the six dharmas of benefiting others:
