Strive vigorously on the ground! Like a parrot, rise against the enemy of delusion, which is much talk. Stop speaking meaningless chatter! Like taking jewels on an island, practice the Dharma. Do not freely spread the whispered teachings. If you associate for too long, you will see the Buddha's faults. Do not share dwellings with other people. These are the best heartfelt words, listen respectfully. The six times for practitioners are: When meeting qualified lamas, it is the time to cut off elaboration, ask questions about doubts. When adverse circumstances and wisdom meet, it is the time to mix practice, train your skills. When you find profound whispered instructions, it is the time to destroy delusion, apply them immediately. When striving to practice with fierce diligence, it is the time when obstacles arise, examine the demons. When the practice (1) is completed and accomplishments come, demonic obstacles will come, so be very careful. When training the skill of looking at the meaning of reality, it is the time when straying and obscurations arise, rely on the lama. These are the profound key points, keep them in mind. The six necessary actions for practicing properly are: Do not associate with people who lead bad behavior. Rely on spiritual friends who are difficult to teach good behavior. Do not be distracted by attractive appearances. Do not go astray because of shallow wisdom. Do not go to partiality because of strong attachment and aversion. It is easy to get used to illusions, cut off attachment at the root. The six Dharmas of having no regrets in the end are: Having shame and scruples, even if you die, you will have no regrets. Not doing unwholesome sins, even if you die, you will have no regrets. Giving food and wealth in the direction of Dharma, even if you die, you will have no regrets. Keeping the three trainings pure, even if you die, you will have no regrets. Always striving for virtue, even if you die, you will have no regrets. Your own mind has no remorse or regret, even if you die, you will have no regrets. Cherish having these qualities. Having the six medium desires is: Relying on the Three Jewels, hoping to be saved from samsara. Accumulating the two accumulations, hoping to be happier than this. Keeping vows, hoping that the dakinis will welcome you. The yidam guides the path in the bardo, hoping for that. Never separating from the supreme lama, hoping for that. Getting used to the nature of mind, hoping that clear light will arise. The difficult to overcome death desire is a profound instruction. The six deathless causes of the best yogi are: Self-awareness.

My I am originally not going to die. Self-born wisdom is originally not going to die. Luminosity, the nature of reality, is originally not going to die. Grasping at self, devoid of awareness, is originally not going to die. Abandoning cause and effect, primordial liberation is not going to die. Without hope or fear, the sky is not going to die. If you realize this, you will be free from the Lord of Death and demons. The six faults of not understanding and grasping at things as real are: Leaving what you have within yourself and searching for it elsewhere. Great meditators, not knowing the true nature, are bound by labels. Not knowing that appearances are false, they grasp them as true. Not understanding the single essence of reality, they grasp at them as separate. Not knowing the nature of self-awareness, they go through high and low. Not cutting off the manifest clinging of delusion, they are deceived by demons. Examine the faults of not understanding and being mistaken, and abandon them. The six instructions for not turning back are: Relying on the lama, one does not turn back from human dharma. Thinking about the faults of objects, one does not turn back from human dharma. Thinking about happiness and suffering, one does not turn back from human dharma. Thinking about the faults of the world, one does not turn back from human dharma. Seeing it as delusion, one does not turn back from human dharma. Thinking about the swamp of suffering, one does not turn back from human dharma. If you think like this, you will be liberated from worldly dharma. Being surrounded by six antidotal strikes: Day and night stealing life, do antidotal strikes. Five poisons burning the continuum, do antidotal strikes. Desire not being satisfied, do antidotal strikes. For violent actions, do antidotal strikes. For meaningless actions, do antidotal strikes. Whatever the three doors do, do antidotal strikes. The enemy of afflictions, the thief, will not find an opportunity. The six places of loss where practice does not succeed are: A person with little capacity loses their life meaninglessly. Those who desire fame lose their life desiring pleasure. Those who crave food lose their life starving for food. A rude, wealthy person loses out on profitable business. Those who have no faith and study, dharma frauds lose out on stories. Those who have little learning and are foolish meditators lose their way on the wrong path. Not falling into the six places of loss is extremely precious. If faults arise, the six ways to eliminate them are: If devotion is lost, think about the difficulty of qualities. If carried away by distraction, make conceptual thoughts your friend. Even if you meditate, there is no increase, subdue it with various methods. If the elements are disturbed, recognize sickness as cause, condition, and result. If the gathering disappears, invite the gathering and torma. If bodhicitta is lost, take up the antidote again. That
