The four teeth were invited by the dragon of the city with a loud voice to the land of the dragons. The third was offered by the Rakshasa king of Kalinga. The second was given to King Ajatashatru of Magadha, and the fragments of relics that grew from it, together with the stupa of lotus garlands, were invited by Tibet, and it is said that they are now in the White Stupa of Samye. The first was invited by Indra, the lord of the gods, to the abode of the Thirty-three. These methods are from the Vinaya Pitaka: Of the eight bushels of relics of the one with eyes, Seven were obtained for the offering of the people of Jambudvipa, Of the four bushels of relics of that supreme being, One tooth is offered to the three realms of the world, The second is in the city of Delightful Words, The third is in the land of the Kalinga king, The fourth tooth of that supreme being, Is offered by the dragon king of the city with a loud voice, King Ashoka at the birch tree place, Widely propagated the seven stupas, By its power, even here on this earth, Manifestly adorned with objects of aspiration, Thus, to the relics of the one with eyes, The gods and dragons and the self-ruling king of men, As well as the non-humans and the lord of yakshas, Having greatly revered, made offerings of reverence. So it is said. Those relics, each with four bushels, became stupas in their respective countries. In particular, the seven parts of Jambudvipa, the son of King Birchtree, the Dharma King Ashoka, with the wishes and miraculous powers of the past, built stupas equal to the number of a handful of sand on the plains between Jambudvipa and the continents, which are known as the Billion Stupas, meaning that the relics will be vast in the Good Kalpa. From the Treasury of Precious Tenets, which clarifies the meaning of all vehicles, the first chapter is the chapter on the establishment of the history of the Teacher. Then, in order to explain the nature of the sacred Dharma of the Teachings, there are three points: the compilation of the scriptures, the nature of the scriptures and treatises, and the establishment of how long the Teachings will last(1). The first point also has two compilations, mantra and paramita, of which mantra is the Bhagavan on Mount Meru.
