The activity of bodhicitta, free from obstacles, should be known to be in the Buddha-ground. Among the seven meanings of each, the meaning of aspiration and entry is: Aspiration with the thought of benefiting others is like wanting to walk, which is aspiration bodhicitta; entry is practicing with action, like walking, which is entry bodhicitta. As stated in the "Guide to the Bodhisattva's Way of Life": "As between wanting to go and going, Know the difference as it is; Likewise, the wise should know The difference between these two in order." And so on. The meaning of the three trainings is: Restraining the mind-stream from non-virtuous actions is discipline; increasing higher virtues such as samadhi is mind; accomplishing the two benefits and distinguishing objects of knowledge is the training of wisdom. The meaning of the "Stages of the Path" is: When faith arises in the lineage, and one focuses on the general object, one practices with faith. When one sees partial qualities, pure higher intention arises. When pure buddha-fields and so on are obtained, they manifest as ripening. When suchness is free from all obscurations, it is called bodhicitta that has abandoned obscurations. The meaning of the five paths is: For the initial practitioner, mainly practicing listening, thinking, and accumulating merit is the path of accumulation; combining non-conceptual wisdom with the path of seeing is the path of joining; directly seeing the nature of reality is the path of seeing; practicing after seeing is the path of cultivation; when practice reaches the ultimate and there is no need to practice further, it is called the path of no more learning. The meaning of the six perfections is: Giving to others without stinginess of possessions is generosity; protecting the mind from misdeeds is discipline; enduring harm with patience is patience; rejoicing in virtue is diligence; focusing single-pointedly on one object is meditation; knowing the nature of phenomena is wisdom. Understanding the meaning of the grounds and paths through examples: Teachers such as Mche ba'i sde consider all worldly paths to be aspiration, wanting to enter bodhicitta above seeing the truth. Some, such as Abhayakaragupta, consider the small, medium, and large bodhicittas of the path of accumulation to be aspiration, and the nineteen bodhicittas above the path of joining to be entry, because with the three differences of intention and so on, aspiration bodhicitta has three types, and entry bodhicitta has nineteen types. Thus it is said. Like the ocean, clouds, and so on, not arising with the mind of wanting to attain enlightenment.

Generation is aspiration. There are many kinds of generation, such as entering, etc. Here, aspiring for enlightenment for the sake of others is aspiration, and entering through pervasive application is entering. It is considered that the essence is the same, but the aspects are different. Secondly, the cause is the faith of desire focused on the Buddha, compassion focused on sentient beings, and arising from hearing the benefits of the mind of enlightenment. As it says in the Ornament of the Sutras: The power of friends, the power of causes, the power of roots. The power of hearing arises from the habituation of virtue. Unstable and stable arise. It is said that the mind of enlightenment is taught by others. As it says in the Jewel Cloud Sutra: If you have faith in the Buddhas and the Dharma of the Buddhas, and if you have faith in the unsurpassed enlightenment, and if you have faith in the conduct of the sons of the Buddhas, then the minds of those who are intelligent will arise. So it is. There are two fruits: temporary and ultimate. . The first has five: The greatness of conduct is. As it says in the Ornament of the Sutras: The wise mind arises in an instant, and it can also be extremely disgusted with endless sins. Because of the increase of the two, it is always happy with good deeds, and compassionate joy with the suffering and happiness of sentient beings. So it is. That is, for the sake of other beings, I have done difficult things. I am happy because of the happiness of others, and I am happy when I feel pain from my own hard work. Obtaining a name that matches the meaning is. As it says in the Introduction to Conduct: In the moment when the mind of enlightenment arises, those who are bound in the prison of samsara are called the sons of the Buddhas, and the gods and humans of the world should pay homage. So it is. The meaning of all desires can be accomplished. As it says in the Flower Garland Sutra: Sons of the Buddhas! No matter what you want, as long as you generate the unsurpassed mind of enlightenment, you will get it. The mind of enlightenment can accomplish all wishes, like a wish-fulfilling jewel. And so on. All sins can be exhausted. As it says in the Introduction to Conduct: The power of sin is great and extremely unbearable. If it is not the perfect mind of enlightenment, what other good can overcome it? So it is. The increase of great virtue is. As it says in the Secret Inconceivable Sutra: The merit of the mind of enlightenment If it has a form, the sky
