It will then become six parts. (1)If these six parts are in the same place, then the aggregate will also become like a dust particle.>> etc. In the 'Heart Explanation' it says: 'By dividing with the division of the ten directions, even in a dust particle, divisions are seen. For something that can be analyzed by parts, how can one consider it a dust particle?>> etc. Second, analyzing by seeing and not seeing: Whether adhering or not adhering is fine. If one looks at the six directional surfaces of the central particle, it will become six parts. If one looks at the direction of the eastern surface itself, then all things like mountains will only exist on the eastern surface. In the 'Ornament of the Middle Way' it says: 'The particle located in the center, what is the nature of its seeing? If it is said that seeing other particles is also the same, if that is the case, then how will earth, water, etc., increase? If it is said that the surface of seeing other particles is different, then what will the extremely small particle be like? It will become a single, partless entity.>> etc. Third, analyzing by shadow and sunlit side: When the sun rises in the morning, if the round particle is on the sunlit side, then it will become mutually un-obstructing, like a glass ball. If the round particle is a shadow, then even in the daytime it will become dark, because no sunlight falls on anything, like the night. If it is said that the east side is the sun and the west side is the shadow, then one particle will have two parts, east and west. Therefore, the coarse does not go beyond the particle, and it is there that obstructing or not obstructing is analyzed by whether or not sunlight falls on it. Fourth, analyzing by movement: The arrow that is shot and the particles of sunlight and shadow moving in the room, is there a long or short duration of intersecting with the particles of the path? If not, then the speed of the arrow and the shadow in the room will become equally fast or slow. If there is a long or short duration of intersection, then during the time that the shadow and the particles of the path move together, the particle of the arrow will become passing through the gaps of the particles. If it is admitted, then during that time, a gap of time portions will be established, because just by moving, it pervades one place where it previously existed and another place where it later exists. If it is admitted, then during the time that the particle of the arrow passes through the gaps of the particles of the path, the particle of the shadow will become moving through the gaps, because it moves thousands of times without stopping. Pervasion exists because just by moving, it pervades by abandoning the former and taking the latter. If it is admitted, then

The path's dust particles are flawed in having a thousand parts, because a single dust particle's space is not exhausted before moving to a space with gaps. This also refutes the absence of momentary parts, because in the moment a shadow remains, the time of an arrow's movement is established as having a thousand parts. Similarly, when a Chakravartin's horse travels over a lotus-adorned lake, the lotus flowers are lifted without damage, and between the foot lifting and touching the lotus, the nagas residing there coil around the foot once without causing harm and depart. Between that snake coiling once, Kungawo (Ananda) can remember seven words, and between remembering one of those words, Maudgalyayana's son can display one miracle, and between displaying one miracle, Shariputra can contemplate one meaning of the Dharma. Therefore, even between the movement of one dust particle on the arrow's path, countless time parts do not cease, and a dust particle moves from one part to multiple parts. It cannot be said that the arrow travels all at once, because the path is covered by the arrow like a rainbow. Because movement has a before and after, a moment becomes multiple time parts. Because wriggling involves discarding and taking, the components of a dust particle become multiple. Just as it is said. The fifth is the examination of length: When one dust particle is placed in the gap between two adjacent dust particles, do the two below and the one above have length or not? If not, one dust particle will merge into one dust particle, because there is no increase from one. If so, the three dust particles will become two parts each, because half of the two below are pressed down and half are not, and half of the one above presses down on the east and half presses down on the west. There are two refutations of momentariness: refutation by examining connection and non-connection, and refutation by examining length. The first is: When multiple moments of objects and consciousness, etc., continuously form a stream, do the earlier and later moments connect or not connect? If they do not connect, this body will also become a corpse, because the previous consciousness has ceased, and in between the later consciousness not yet arising, there is no consciousness at all. The later consciousness will become causeless, because it arises from cessation. If they connect, when reciting (Om, Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), (Ah, Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah), (Hum, Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), does Ah connect with Om and Hum simultaneously or alternately? If they connect simultaneously, all things of the three times arise simultaneously, therefore it will become impossible not to be only momentary.
