The cessation of the conditioned and, the cessation of perception and feeling, and space, these are six. Suchness is nothing more than the negation of self in the aggregates. Although it exists as a substance, it is considered to be neither one with nor different from the mind. Individual analytical cessation is the state of suchness where what is to be abandoned is destroyed by the antidote and is not born. Non-analytical cessation is the state of suchness where the conditions for the arising of compounded things are not complete, and thus it is not born. Immovability is the state of suchness where the phenomena of the desire realm are not born. The cessation of perception and feeling is the state of suchness where the seven aggregates are not born. Space is the state of suchness that is free from tangible objects that obstruct it. There are three types of establishment: establishment from the perspective of the three natures, establishment from the perspective of substantial existence and imputed existence, and establishment from the perspective of conventional and ultimate truth. The first, the completely imputed, is only imputed and its own characteristic cannot exist. The other-powered is: arising in dependence on causes and conditions. The thoroughly established is: the other-powered without the completely imputed, established by complete severance. There are two types of the completely imputed: the completely imputed with a broken definition is: like the self of persons and phenomena that are imputed by thought as if they could not exist. The Lord of Knowledge said: The meaning imputed by discrimination is the nature of the completely imputed. Discrimination is other-powered, its emptiness is thoroughly established. As it is said. The completely imputed of names is like the appearance of two moons in the mind, which does not exist. Whatever appears, that is other-powered. How it appears, that is imputed. Whatever appears, how it appears to that, is always non-existent, it should be known as the thoroughly established nature. As it is said. The image that appears non-existent, and the general meaning, and all names are its nature. Like those established by thought in the names of earth, water, fire, and wind. In the other-powered, there is also the pure other-powered, which refers to the arrangement of the mind and mental factors of subsequent attainment and the fields. The impure other-powered is: the worldly mind and mental factors. In reality, it appears as a deluded mind, so it is the nature of the other-powered. In the thoroughly established, there is also the unchanging thoroughly established, which is suchness and, not inverted.

Whose perfect accomplishment is the two non-conceptual wisdoms of a completely pure mind, the unchanging and non-inverted, the perfect accomplishment is said to be of two kinds. Thus it is said. Therefore, form is the completely imputed, because it appears even though it is non-existent, and because it is not real, there is no cause to arise from. Mind and mental factors are other-powered, because they arise from the preceding of the same kind. Non-associated formations are the states of form, all of which are completely imputed, and the states of mind and mental factors are all other-powered. Unconditioned suchness is the perfectly accomplished, while others are the states of the perfectly accomplished. In the Discrimination of the Middle and Extremes, it says: By whatever discriminations, whatever things appear to be imputed, that itself is the completely imputed. That nature itself is non-existent. The nature of other-power is discrimination, arising from conditions. Establishment is prior to that, whatever is constantly destroyed. Thus it is said. If established through the gate of substance existence and imputation existence, then form, mind, mental factors, touch, and so on, twenty-three in all, and suchness are substance existence. Mental factors such as volition, twenty-nine in all, and all non-associated formations, as well as space and the four cessations are imputation existence. In the Compendium, it says: Should suchness be said to be substance existence, or should it be said to be imputation existence? It should be said to be substance existence. Thus it is said. If established through the gate of conventional truth and ultimate truth, then other-power is the object of ultimate truth, perfect accomplishment is the nature of ultimate truth, and the completely imputed is the truth of conventional truth. In the commentary on the Discrimination of the Middle and Extremes, it says: Ultimate truth is only the perfect accomplishment alone, the two, other-power and the completely imputed, are impossible in ultimate truth. If it is thought to be contradictory, then it is in accordance, other-power is temporarily having the ability to function, and it is said only in the part where experience is clear, therefore it is undertaken in that aspect. In things, the first two are conventional, the latter exists as ultimate. Combined with the intention of the Able One, then the emptiness of self and phenomena in mind and mental factors, this is the intention of all the Buddha's teachings. All the teachings spoken in this way are definitive meaning, and the speaking of self and form as existent, and the speaking of nothing at all as truly existent, all
