ཏུ་རྟག །It arises from scratching an itchy armpit. Why isn't it great bliss? So it is said. Therefore, since it is not the actual path, one should not be attached to it. Since it is a condition for the path, one should strive not to abandon it as long as it is not complete. In that regard, first, if one has not trained in the life-force combination of winds, the elements will not be workable. Therefore, the meditation on wind is as follows: The posture of the body is straightened in the vajra posture. Cover the hands with the knees, the neck slightly tilted. The breath is straight, the eyes do not move. Exhale the stale air, hold the gentle air inside. The winds are combined, the three channels and chakras are clear. By meditating on the color, number, touch, and shape, the thoughts cease on their own, and clarity and purity arise. Meditate on superior seeing, which introduces non-thought wisdom. The key point of the body is to sit in the lotus position, with the hands covering the two knees. The neck is slightly tilted, and the eyes do not move. The breath is straightened for a moment. Exhale three or six times the stale air. The three channels are like pillars, and the four chakras at the crown, throat, heart, and navel are clear like umbrellas. The lower ends of the two side channels meet at the black hair pores, bending into the central channel. The upper ends are at the two nostrils, from where the wind enters and goes into the central channel, and one meditates on the arising of clear, blissful, non-conceptual wisdom. Without being distracted by the combination of the upper and lower winds, focus the mind on the shape and color of the wind. Also, in summer, the fire wind flows; in autumn, the wind wind flows; in winter, the water wind flows; and in spring, the earth wind flows. As an antidote to this, reverse it, or practice only the space wind, or meditate on what is appropriate according to the illness. The earth wind is yellow, the water wind is white, the fire wind is red, the wind wind is green, and the space wind is blue. The shapes of these are also meditated on as square, crescent, triangular, bow-shaped, and completely round. Also, when the winds are combined, held as long as possible, and slowly exhaled, hold a little bit of the remaining air and, as before, meditate on the color and shape in the central channel, directly in front of the heart, and meditate in the center of the four chakras in the same way. When one is stable in this way, meditate on the water wind in the great bliss wheel, the earth wind in the enjoyment wheel, the space wind in the heart, and the color and shape of the fire wind in the navel. Therefore, as a sign that the five winds are workable, the inner awareness is clear and

Without conceptualization, one will see the empty forms of various appearances. Among them, as a sign of the right wind entering the central channel, appearances are like smoke. As a sign of the left wind entering, appearances are like mirages. For fire wind, appearances are like lamps and blazing light. For water wind, appearances are like clouds and the moon's rays in the sky. For earth wind, appearances are like the color of gold and lightning. For space wind, appearances are initially blue, then bindus of five lights. As a sign that everything can function in the central channel, rainbows of five lights appear, as well as bindus, Buddha images, stupas, palaces, net-like structures, semi-net-like structures, lotuses, and so on. At that time, as a sign of the wind and mind converging in the six wheels of the six realms, the realms and appearances of gods, humans, hell beings, hungry ghosts, asuras, and animals appear, and one becomes like them or like going there. Through the key instructions for purifying the places, knowing that everything is illusion, one generates compassion for sentient beings and determines that everything is like illusion and dreams. Then, going to the limits of the places, one changes the bodily postures and objects of focus and meditates. Thus, through the means of wind yoga, when knowledge becomes clear and lucid, one recognizes that very essence, the nature of being and non-being, free from elaboration, like space. Meditating without focusing on anything, that is the wisdom of the meaning of reality, the essence of insight, meditating on the Prajnaparamita. If it is not like that, but one clings to acceptance and rejection of what is seen, then there is no difference from the paths of the outsiders, so it is crucial not to be separated from the wisdom of non-grasping of appearances. As it says in the Lankavatara Sutra: "To the Buddha and enlightenment, I pay homage again and again, In the nature of selflessness, Cultivate accordingly. Light, lotus, and so on, And seeing rainbows in the sky, Various signs that appear, Can lead to the outsiders. Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, Also fall into that realm, Yogis who see nothing, That is the meaning of the Middle Way." "At that time, the hands of the Buddhas, Emerge from the Buddha-fields, Rubbing and blessing their heads, Is a sign of following the Tathagata." Like that and so on. Like this, striking the key point, one should also train in the tactile sensations and numbers of the winds. Tactile sensation is meditating according to the characteristics of each element,
