Because all the arising afflictions are not exhausted, it is important to take and abandon the cause of actions from the perspective of karmic results. The illusion of samsara is like an illusion, and it arises from this and is constantly painful. Then, who accumulates and generates this karma? The mind creates, the mind does all actions. Since it appears in the mind and is distinguished by the mind, strive to tame the deluded mind! Karma is the nature of the arising of all causes, and the fruit of karma and afflictions is only suffering. The root of these arises from the actions of the mind, so the mind accumulates all virtuous, non-virtuous, and neutral actions, and due to the different actions of karma, various illusions appear. Like a dream, it appears in one's own mind, and is grasped and distinguished by the mind, so delusions arise continuously. In the Dharma category of the Great Jewel Heap Sutra, it is said: This mind creates actions. Whoever creates actions creates virtuous, non-virtuous, and neutral actions. From these actions, the happiness, suffering, and neutrality of sentient beings become manifest. Therefore, it is reasonable to strive to tame and train one's own mind. An example of such an illusion is: Just as one is intoxicated by Dhatura, whatever different appearances arise, all are illusory forms and do not exist in reality. Just as those who have drunk the juice of Dhatura see the sky and the earth filled with men and women, etc., but at the time of seeing, those do not exist. However, the appearance is only an illusion that arises in various ways externally due to the power of that substance deluding the mind. This is a close analogy of something appearing even though it does not exist. Similarly, know that all the illusions of the six realms of samsara, combined by the delusion of the mind, are empty images that appear without existence. All phenomena included in the manifest world, both container and contents, are in reality not an object of external appearance, nor the mind itself that grasps internally, nor any other dharma different from this, even if a tiny particle is divided into a hundred parts.

It is not established, because it appears even though there is no sudden nature. For example, when drunk, it seems that the earth is spinning, but in reality it is not spinning. As stated in the Holy Samadhiraja Sutra: "As people get drunk, they think that the earth is moving everywhere, but the earth does not move or shake. Know that all phenomena are the same." Now, by way of summarizing the meaning, instructions are given on how to recognize the primordial nature, which is the basis of the illusion of appearing without being: Thus, the nature of samsara is like an image. Examine what it originally arose from. By this, one knows the nature of nirvana. From existence, one is liberated and becomes the Lord of the Sugatas. The natureless samsara, like an image in a mirror, when one examines well the essence of the primordial luminosity from which this originally arose, and knows its nature, by entering into non-dual wisdom, one is liberated from the deluded appearances of existence and its habitual tendencies, and thus one attains enlightenment. Therefore, one should examine the primordial nature. As stated in the Holy Samadhiraja Sutra: When did this world realm arise? After arising, this world realm is destroyed. Just as before, so it is later. Examine what it originally arose from. Thus it is said. From the Great Vehicle's Instructions, the Treatise The Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Treasury, the chapter explaining the formation of samsara from the ground, is the commentary on the first chapter. Thus, after thoroughly understanding the nature of what arises from where, one should enter into the arrangement of the world as it appears. As just said: Thus, when the three realms appear as samsara, the Victorious Ones, with compassion, arrange the pure realms, like jewels, accomplishing all the benefits of beings, leading from existence to peace. Thus, from where do ignorant sentient beings arise? The Buddhas, the Bhagavat, with immeasurable compassion, see and arrange the pure realms where they gather, and accomplish their benefit according to their capacity. This arises naturally, without moving or striving. The activity of leading from existence to peace is vast. As stated in the Secret Essence: Ignorance ripens.
