According to the first view, there would be a knife at the boundary between the knife and the meat. According to the second view, the meat would cut the knife, because there is meat between the meat and the knife. According to the third view, the knife and the meat would not touch, because they are separated by another boundary. Therefore, if there is no gap in touching, then the two become one; if there is a gap, then it is separated by another boundary, so it is impossible to touch. As it says in the (text): If power and object have an interval, where will they meet? If there is no interval, it is one, what will meet with what? So it is said. The fifth is: what has already been touched cannot be touched again, because the act of touching has stopped and does not exist. If you think about all things in this way, you will know that nothing has its own nature, so you will stop clinging to words. From the Small Truth it says: In things that appear like this, if you examine them with wisdom, you will not find anything. This not finding is the ultimate truth, it is the nature of the Dharma that has always existed. Whoever thinks that he sees, is seen by the sleep of ignorance. So it is said. Refutation of separation: If it is not the case that there was no contact in the first place, separation is not possible. Moreover, contact itself has been negated as just explained. For the two, the separated and the unseparated, there is no separation. Moreover, apart from that, it is impossible to observe something that is being separated. For the single self, there is no separation, and for other things there is no separation, because their nature is different. Refutation of otherness is divided into two: general refutation of self-nature and otherness, and refutation of specific things in name. The first is that things that are not simultaneous cannot be other, because one does not exist when the other arises, so it can never be considered a different other. It is also unreasonable to establish the former as an object of memory when the latter is established, because the appearance object of memory is fabricated, so the former cannot truly become other. As it says in the Four Hundred Verses: Memory is a reversal of what has passed. So it is said. TimeSimultaneous༼༢༽things cannot be other, because dependence does not exist in its own nature. It is also unreasonable to establish the same thing as other, because the two have not been established. Moreover, for each individual thing, otherness is not established. These things have not become other because they depend on each other, because dependence has been negated by the analysis of dust and time. The second is, if there is a quality of "other" that is independent, then there would also be a friend of the barren woman's son.

It is also unreasonable in terms of terminology. There is also no non-other, because the basis of dependence, the "other" itself, is not established. Things that are different from oneself are not "non-other," like a pillar and a pot. Oneself is also not that, because if one is alone, there is no "other" at all, how can one establish "non-other"? If one thinks that even though a pot is established with its own independent nature, it becomes "non-other" by depending on pillars and other "others," then in that case, depending on "others" will also become "other," therefore it would fall into the fault of having contradictions. These are just imputed terms, and do not exist in reality, as the Root Wisdom says: "Otherness is not in the other, nor is non-otherness. If otherness does not exist, how can otherness exist?" (1)The sound of the quality of space is also not permissible. When a person utters Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), what is heard is the person's sound, which is clearly seen, so how can it be the sound of space? If it is said that it is because the person utters it, then the pot should also become something that arises from space, and so on. Moreover, space itself is not established, so its sound cannot exist. For permanence, there are no two aspects of saying and not saying. If there is sound in space, then it should always be heard. And. When uttering Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), the sound of conch shells and so on should all be heard at the same time, because there is no difference in removing the obstructing wind. Then, is it also unreasonable for sound to arise from the tongue and palate? No, that is established by actually appearing from conditions, it is merely an illusory appearance, existing dependently. As the Two Truths say: "As it appears, so is its nature, there is no reasoning here." . Therefore, it is said that sound and "other" are not established for things. The refutation of action is: previously, the transfer of permanence and impermanence is not allowed, therefore it is prohibited. That is to say, if Devadatta goes from east to west, does permanence go or does impermanence go? Permanence is not allowed to go, because it cannot be moved even slightly. If it is allowed, because of moving, permanence is destroyed. Impermanence also cannot go, because when going, because of arising and ceasing, there is no time to move to another place. .ལContinuity is not permanent, because there is no encounter with the moment, so continuity is not established. As the Root Wisdom says: "If you say that the aggregates turn, that is not the case, if these aggregates are permanent, then they should not turn, if the aggregates are impermanent, how can they turn?" End for now.
