If a vase exists only in itself, then even if it is made into a bowl, it must still be a vase, and so on. The fault of falling into contradictory aggregates is: one piece of iron having both hot and cold, one arrow having both going and stopping, the simultaneous opening and closing of the palm, and so on, all being complete at once. When making an image of dough, all possible images such as lions and turtles must actually be present in that cause. If this is admitted, it is impossible, so it is actually negated. Since things of different kinds cannot exist in the same place, they also cannot exist simultaneously in one cause, so it is also negated. If someone asks: Isn't it said that many beings dwell within the space of a hair? Those are illusions that do not exist in reality, so they cannot be compared. As Nagarjuna said: For whom emptiness is possible, for him everything is possible. For whom emptiness is impossible, for him everything is impossible. Like that. The fault of falling into the action of producing results is: the body being burned when carrying firewood, or eating unclean things when eating food, or becoming clothes when it is cotton. As it says in the "Entering the Middle Way": If the result exists in the cause, then eating food becomes eating unclean things. Buy cotton seeds with the price of cotton and wear them. Like that. The fault of falling into results equal to the number of causes is: each thread, each part of the loom, each finger of the weaver should have a piece of cloth, because it is not produced from nothing. If someone says: It exists in the cause, but not in the condition. Then, whether it is possible or impossible to arise from nothing is the same. The fault of falling into everything being the thing of everything is: all things sometimes help each other, for example, the road can be relied upon, water can relieve heat, and lamps can dispel darkness, like that. Therefore, there should be a hundred elephants and so on on the tip of a single blade of grass. As it says in the "Pramāṇavārttika": On the best grass there are a hundred elephants, not seen before, now there are. Like that, who besides the Samkhyas would say such shameless words? Like that. The examination of clarity and non-clarity being the same is: If the shape of the vase, which did not exist before, cannot be produced, then how can the clarity of the vase, which did not exist before, be produced? That is not becoming clear from the essence, and if the essence does not exist, then there is no basis for change. If someone says: Clarity and non-clarity are also contradictory dharmas, so they cannot be
