Now I will explain the profound and vast stages. Moreover, abandoning unfavorable conditions means abandoning external and internal busyness, chaotic service and offerings, alcohol, sleepiness, drowsiness, loss of mindfulness, and so on, all of which become obstacles to the meaning of hearing. In that place, decorate with thrones, cushions, various offerings, and mandalas. Then, the teacher sits on the cushion in the lotus position. One should explain in a way that generates the mind of enlightenment and perfects practice. For the Dharma of the Emanation Body, visualize Shakya King; for the Secret Mantra of the Enjoyment Body, visualize the Five Families of Vajradhara; for the Dharma of the Dharma Body, for the Dharmas that are like the sky, visualize Samantabhadra, Prajnaparamita Mother. Or visualize the teacher of each Dharma. For the words and meaning of the Dharma, without errors or faults, explain clearly, with a pleasant voice, as desired. With that voice pervading all realms of the world, visualize all sentient beings hearing and awakening from ignorance. At that time, the six paramitas of the expounder are: explaining the meaning of words well is the paramita of generosity; explaining without afflictions is the paramita of discipline. Enduring weariness is patience, diligence is joy, non-distraction is meditation, and discernment is wisdom. Afterwards, dedicate for the benefit of sentient beings. Remembering kindness, generate respect for the sacred Dharma. Its benefits are remembrance and samadhi, freedom from afflictions and defilements, and inexhaustible courage. Holding the treasury of Dharma, hearing the Dharma of the Sugatas, being praised by gods and humans, fame and all wishes will be fulfilled. In all lifetimes, one will not be separated from the Dharma, and one will quickly receive the rain of Dharma poured down by the Sugatas. From the Treatise on the Essential Instructions of the Great Vehicle, The Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Treasury, the Tenth Chapter: The Chapter on the Expounder and Teacher. || Next, the Dharma conduct of the listening student is: abandoning faults and listening with respect. Disrespect and so on are the six actions of demons, pride and so on are the six actions of obscuration, pretense and so on are the six actions of abandoning the Dharma, seeking gain and so on are the six faults of distraction, attachment to gain and honor and so on are the six faults of wrong views, changing and so on are the six Dharmas of straying, abandon the thirty-six faults and listen. When listening in a good way, like seeing as a jewel and so on, the six precious things, the six difficult practices such as enduring afflictions, the many hearings and efforts and so on are not caused by circumstances.

"Six changes." "Six specific actions, such as generating compassion." "Six necessities, such as knowing distinctions." "Six actions, such as seeking the Dharma. Listen with thirty-six qualities. The time for listening is when afflictions are strong. Seek advice that is timely." "Moreover, abandon distractions and busyness. Starting with offering Dharma offerings, both material and mental, sit upright in prostration, with palms together. Listen with an undistracted and respectful demeanor. Furthermore, contemplate yourself as Manjushri," "Visualize the light of Dharma entering your heart. Combine with the eighty-four aspects of listening, and be extremely pure." "Listen with a respectful mind. Offering flowers, cushions, etc., is generosity. Guarding the three doors well is the perfection of discipline. Enduring harm is patience, joy is diligence. Being undistracted, retaining what is heard is meditation. Cutting off doubt and hesitation is supreme wisdom." "Afterward, contemplate the kindness of the Dharma and the teacher. Dedicate the merit to enlightenment from the state of illusion. The benefits of this are immeasurable. Even beings who merely hear the sound of the Dharma drum are liberated from the lower realms, let alone those who listen. Obtain wisdom, samadhi, and the dharani of retention, distinguish between what to accept and reject, increase virtue, and diminish all sins. Praised by gods and humans, dispel the darkness of ignorance. Upon a lotus, beautifully and extensively hear the Dharma, and quickly attain the sorrowless Dharma King." From the Great Vehicle's instruction manual, The Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Treasury, the chapter on the Dharma of the Listening Disciple, the eleventh section." "." "Then, explaining the Dharma to be determined. All phenomena of existence, samsara, and nirvana, are divided into inner and outer based on the power of acceptance and rejection. First, regarding the outer non-Buddhist schools, there are six teachers and twenty views of perishable aggregates, as well as sixty-two, three hundred and sixty, and eleven categories of logic schools, five categories. The six teachers are: Pūraṇa Kassapa, Makkhali Gosāla, Ajita Kesakambalī, Pakudha Kaccāyana, Sañjaya Belaṭṭhiputta, and Nigaṇṭha Nātaputta. Each clings to their own view and constantly disparages others." "The five aggregates, such as form, are me, and I exist within them. I arise from them, and I have control over them. Clinging to these as me, there are twenty in total. Because they are not real, they hold onto all the faults of afflictions. Those who speak of permanence, etc., eighteen regarding the past,
