རྩོན་འཚལ་ལོ། །大乘窍诀论典《如意宝藏》中，讲述有情器界苦乐之品第七品。 །། 此后为渡轮回痛苦海，应依具德导师上师。 彼亦善巧具足无量悲， 经续如意宝藏具足引导众。 无垢功德圆满之上师，浊世之时等同真佛陀。 以恭敬顶戴敬奉上师尊，自性功德圆满之上师， 种姓高贵具足羞耻具官感，慈悲智慧广大且，博闻三门调柔具大忍。 诚实正直无有谄诳者，如意宝尊以百信顶戴。 从有摆脱最胜之上师，远离家乡俗事抛脑后， 无用自性财物贪执小，深信因果取舍善与恶。 此生置之度外༼༡༽成办长远之大事。 大乘具义利他善巧行，观察稀有具德之法主。 恒常不离无有厌倦而依止，智慧广大具缘之上师，精通一切明处知识之轮广大。 闻思广大精通宗派之词义，见行超群任何不能诋毁。 具足教理无有自造偏袒心，观察所化之根器而说法，菩提道之引导导师具慧眼。 趋入珍宝解脱洲以恭敬而依止，具足传承加持之上师， 令上师欢喜持明传承者，获得意藏具足口耳传承诀窍。 见其行持于二利成办善巧， 精进修持获得成就如云聚。 能转他显引导解脱之道，经续加持誓言清净者。 如是之智者成就怙主以头顶戴，以悲心引导道之上师，菩提心成熟恒常利他行。 加持入于他显加持之，见修行为果体验暖相 具足。 威力极具

The lama who is free from faults and perfect in qualities is like a real Buddha in these degenerate times. With great respect and reverence, rely on him with your head bowed. The lama who is perfect in his inherent qualities is of noble lineage, with a sense of shame and decency, and complete faculties. He is vast in love, compassion, and wisdom, learned, with the three doors tamed, and great patience. He is honest, sincere, and without deceit. Rely on the precious wish-fulfilling jewel with a hundred faiths. The supreme lama who is liberated from existence abandons his homeland and throws worldly affairs behind him. He has little attachment to unnecessary, natural wealth and possessions. He believes in cause and effect and adopts and abandons virtue and vice. He gives up this life (1) to accomplish the great purpose of eternity. He skillfully practices the meaningful benefit of the Great Vehicle. Examine and marvel at the glorious Lord of Dharma. Always rely on him without separation or weariness. The fortunate lama with vast wisdom is all-knowing in the arts and sciences, and the mandala of knowledge is vast. He is vast in learning and contemplation, and skilled in the words and meanings of philosophical tenets. His view and conduct are excellent, and no one can criticize him. He is endowed with scripture and reason, and is without self-made bias. He examines the minds and capacities of those to be tamed and teaches the Dharma. He is a guide on the path to enlightenment, a captain with wise eyes. Go to the precious island of liberation and rely on him with respect. The lama who possesses the blessings of the lineage is pleasing to the superiors and holds the lineage of accomplished ones. Having attained the treasury of the mind, he possesses the oral transmission instructions. Seeing his practice, he is skilled in accomplishing the two benefits. By striving in practice, he attains clouds of siddhis. He is able to transform the appearances of others and guide them to the path of liberation. He is one who has received the transmission of sutras and tantras and whose vows are pure. Rely on such a wise and accomplished protector with your head bowed. The lama who guides the path with compassion has developed bodhicitta and always engages in benefiting others. By the entry of blessings, he blesses the appearances of others. He has experience and warm signs of view, meditation, conduct, and result. He is extremely powerful.
