La! The water for washing feet of rakta (Sanskrit: रक्त, Romanization: rakta, Literal meaning: blood) is filled in the ocean. The senses, consciousness, warmth, and breath, together with the aggregates, sources, and realms, are offered to the mouth of the ocean of oath-bound ones. Please accept and enjoy, kharaṃ khāhi! Accomplish the fierce activities of manifest conduct. Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨཱོཾ, Sanskrit: ओम्, Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: Oṃ), āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit: आः, Romanization: āḥ, Literal meaning: Āḥ), hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit: हुं, Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ)! Mahārudra (Tibetan: མ་ཧཱ་རཱུ་དྲ, Sanskrit:, Romanization: mahārudra, Literal meaning: Great Wrathful One) and all your retinue, kharaṃ khāhi! Thus, sprinkle with rakta. The fulfillment offering is to sprinkle medicine and rakta on the torma, sprinkle the stream of nectar, and offer with the smoke of incense and the sound of music. Hūṃ! To the ocean of glorious oath-bound ones, fulfill with the five precious outer offerings, fulfill the commitment with incense and lamps, fulfill the commitment with food and music, fulfill with cymbals, songs, dances, and melodies, fulfill with umbrellas, banners, and silk brocades, fulfill with medicine, flowers, and jewels, fulfill with the five desirable qualities of gods and humans. By fulfilling, I pray that you grant accomplishments. Hūṃ! To the ocean of oath-bound ones and your retinue, fulfill the commitment with the five inner nectars, medicine, and rakta, fulfill with the great red torma of jagat, fulfill with the pure and bright light of lamps, fulfill with the great incense of fragrant smoke, fulfill with the vast thangka paintings and ornaments, fulfill with skull garlands, wooden staffs, and bhāṇḍas, fulfill with bows, arrows, victory banners, and lassos, fulfill with vajras, enemy hearts, and flames, fulfill with hand gestures, field skins, and garments, fulfill with lions, elephants, excellent horses, superior herds of cattle, leopards, and buffaloes, fulfill with jackals, wolves, bears, and demons, fulfill with black people, black birds, and black dogs, fulfill the commitment of the glorious messengers. By fulfilling, I pray that you grant accomplishments. Hūṃ! To the glorious blazing great mother and your retinue, fulfill with the secret offering of union and liberation, fulfill with the clouds of joy of skillful means and wisdom, fulfill with the mind of enlightenment equal to space, fulfill the appearance and existence in the Buddha-field, fulfill the ten receptacles in gods and goddesses, fulfill the appearance of form in the mandala of the body, fulfill the appearance of sound in the mandala of speech, fulfill the memory and awareness in the mandala of mind, fulfill the afflictions in great wisdom, fulfill the negation and affirmation in the mind of enlightenment, fulfill the unborn nature of all dharmas in emptiness, fulfill the emptiness and awareness in the vast expanse of the dharmadhatu. By fulfilling, I pray that you grant accomplishments. Among the offerings of praise and supplication, the first is praise: Hūṃ! Great self-existing Ekajaṭī, emanating magically from the dharmadhatu.

The single bindu, unwavering from its own state, I prostrate and praise the one who is free from thought, speech, and elaboration. As a sign of the manifestation of skillful means and wisdom, Two legs extended and bent, two hands holding a field staff and, A heart-lasso, unimpeded anywhere, I prostrate and praise the mother who benefits beings. As a sign of the unyielding heroine who conquers the Maras, A naked, majestic, and awe-inspiring body blazing with a hundred thousand realms. Endowed with the five wisdoms, adorned with a garland of skulls, Praise to the spontaneously accomplished chief, the Sugata. Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), the very nature of Buddhahood in the realm of Dharma, Yet for the sake of beings, arises in a blazing form, The great ascetic, the supreme planet Rāhula, Praise to the mighty and wrathful one who transforms into whatever is desired. As a sign of transcending the nine vehicles and the nine grounds, Nine heads, with a face of stacked crows on top, Seeing the three times and protecting the teachings, Praise to the thousand eyes blazing like the fire of the eon's end. As a sign of the spontaneous accomplishment of the two benefits and the purity of the four extremes, Right and left hands wielding arrows, bows, lassos, and banners, Even purifying samsara, yet liberating with compassion, Praise to the lower body adorned with a thousand bundles of snakes. Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), though the Dharmakāya does not waver from its peaceful state, Yet the Rūpakāya manifests in various blazing forms. As a sign of the spontaneous accomplishment of the four Vidyādhara grounds, A body of dark red and black, blazing with rainbows, As a sign of the purity of intention in the realm of Dharmatā, Praise to the smoke clouds billowing from the top of the hair knot. As a sign of holding the essence of the nine successive Dharma teachings, The right hand raises a nine-pronged Vajra towards the sky, Protecting the heart essence and liberating those who have degenerated, Praise to the left hand holding the heart-lasso at the heart. As a sign of attaining power, magical abilities, and mastery, Riding upon an unbearable white lion, Transforming into whatever is desired and protecting the teachings, Praise to the supreme body adorned with the eight auspicious emblems.
