Swearing to fulfill and protect the Dharma, What you promised has been accomplished at this very moment. Please purify my transgressions, faults, and declines. Like the radiant jewel of material nature, Which fulfills the wishes of gods and humans as desired, Why wouldn't you fulfill all wishes as desired? Please fulfill my aspirations and hopes. In the ultimate truth, in the unborn, pure like the sky, There is no perceivable object of confession or confessor, But in the conventional, illusory nature, All transgressions and faults, I confess and reveal. You are the nature of illusion, transforming into anything, Whatever transgressions and declines I have committed, Please purify them through confession, and grant the pure accomplishment. Please care with compassion, and fulfill my wishes. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra of "Om Vajrasattva Samaya" (藏文：ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་ཏྭ་ས་མཱ་ཡ།，梵文天城体：ओँ वज्र सत्त्व समय，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra sattva samaya，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚萨埵，誓言). Second, regarding what needs to be done specifically, there are two aspects: blessing and offering. First: Sprinkle nectar-purified water and focus the mind on the meaning of the words. Hūṃ, from the heart of the deity within myself, To purify the assembly offering, emanate syllables. Raṃ (藏文：རཾ།，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：Fire) transforms into blazing fire, burning everything. Yaṃ (藏文：ཡཾ།，梵文天城体：यं，梵文罗马拟音：yaṃ，汉语字面意思：Wind) transforms into wind, scattering everything. Khaṃ (藏文：ཁཾ།，梵文天城体：खं，梵文罗马拟音：khaṃ，汉语字面意思：Space) transforms into water, purifying and cleansing. Oṃ (藏文：ཨཱོཾ།，梵文天城体：ओँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om) transforms into the five desirable qualities. Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah) pervades the entire expanse of space. Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) transforms into objects of all desires. All of them are excellent dharmas, gathering into clouds of supreme offerings. Raṃ Yaṃ Khaṃ, Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Mahā Pūja Megha Samudra Spharaṇa Hoti Pūpheṃ Hī Maṃ Gagana Khaṃ Svāhā. There are six types of offerings. First, the offering of medicine is scattered from the conch shell of incense. Hūṃ, the taste of nectar, a collection of various substances, Eight roots and a thousand branches, To Ekajati and her retinue, I offer with completely pure nectar. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Sarva Pañca Amrita Hūṃ Hrīḥ Thā. Rakta, contemplate on the real or arranged substance. Hūṃ, the nature of desire is pure, in the self-born skull cup, Pure desire transforms into a bright red stream of blood, In the realm of great bliss, I offer with devotion, Please accept with joy, and grant empowerment and accomplishment. Oṃ Mahā Rakta Lākha Hi. Nectar, sprinkle with thumb and ring finger. Oṃ, the essence of grains, the sacred substance of supreme accomplishment, Among all the heroes, the most powerful blessing, I offer with pure contemplation, real and arranged, Please accept with compassion, and grant empowerment and accomplishment. Torma is moistened with nectar. Om, the mandala is pure, the dharma realm is vast as the sky. The torma is pure, circling around mountains and seas. Adorned with red and white dots, it is moistened with blood, flesh, and nectar. Offerings are made to Ekajati and her retinue. This great torma of pure samaya substances and actual wealth, blessed by the pure contemplation of samadhi, is offered to fill all of space. Please grant the supreme and common siddhis. Om Maha Balimta, Tejo Balimta, Maha Konritha, Maha Mamsa Lakahi, Maha Rakta Lakahi, Maha Gorochana Lakahi. Tsok offering: Divided into three parts, offered separately in vessels. Hum, Great Glorious Secret Dharma Realm Mother, and all her retinue, arise from the Dharma Realm, descend here, and enjoy the yogis' tsok offering. Hum, Blood-Drinking Burning Great One-Hair Mother, and the emanated planets, the eight emanated messengers, the supreme burning sisters and their retinues, the six mothers of the Dharma Realm, the sun and moon skull garlands, the white one-eyed mother, the fifty-two medicine women, the arrogant eight classes of gods and demons, the dakini messengers and attendants, the oath-bound protectors, the steadfastly accomplished deities, and the great gods and Tenma who protect Tibet, all local deities and landowners, enjoy the tsok offering of the pure five desires. Om Ah Hum Maha Gana Chakra Kha Kha Khahi Khahi. Hum, all sinful actions of body, speech, and mind, arising from causes such as desire, hatred, and ignorance, due to the power of karma, the results of the three realms of samsara, through the three of ignorance, unknowing, and not seeing, accumulate the boundaries of karma, the results of samsaric actions. All violations, confusions, broken vows, and downfalls, I confess with a heart of regret and sorrow. Purified, cleansed, please grant the siddhi of forgiveness. All broken vows, confusions, and wrongdoings of body, speech, and mind, etc., are confessed and made complete with this great tsok offering. Please regard us with compassion and grant empowerment and siddhis. After reciting the hundred-syllable mantra of Om Vajrasattva, etc., the offering of blood and flesh of the three poisons, the fish is slaughtered and offered as torma. Hum, those who harm all the teachings, and those who harm all sentient beings, and the enemies of the lama, and those who hate the yogi, all vow-breakers and their retinues, their flesh and bones piled up like Mount Meru.
