ཆེན་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་ལམ་ཞུགས་ཏེ། །རྩ་བ་ཡན་ལག་དམ་ཚིག་མནོས་པ་ལས། །འགལ་འཁྲུལ་ཉམས་ཆག་ནོངས་པ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །སྲུང་མ་ཁྱེད་བརྟེན་བསྒྲུབ་པའི་ཁས་བླངས་ཀྱང༌། །རྐྱེན་དབང་ལེ་ལོས་དེ་ལྟར་རྔོ་མ་ཐོགས། །ཚོགས་མཆོག་ཆུང་ཞིང་སྐོང་བ་མ་རྫོགས་སོགས། །ཐུགས་དང་འགལ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཐོ་ལོ་བཤགས། །དུར་ཁྲོད་གསར་བ་མཆོག་གི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་འདིར། །ཐལ་ཆེན་གཡང་གཞི་ཞིང་ཆེན་གསར་རྙིང་སོགས། །སྒྲུབ་པའི་རྫས་མཆོག་མ་ཚང་མ་འབྱོར་བས། །འགལ་འཁྲུལ་ནོངས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །ཛ་གད་ཕུད་དང་པཉྩ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ། །ཤ་ཁྲག་དམར་གྱི་གཏོར་མ་ལ་སོགས་ཏེ། ། མཆོད་ཅིང་བསྐང་བའི་དམ་རྫས་མ་ཚང་བ། །ཐུགས་དང་འགལ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །སྒྲུབ་པ་ཡུན་ཐུང་བཟླས་གྲངས་ཉུང་བ་དང༌། །ཐུན་ཟོར་མ་ལྕོགས་ལེ་ལོའི་དབང་གྱུར་པས། །ལྷ་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་དང་ད་དུང་ཞལ་མ་མཇལ། །ཐུགས་དང་འགལ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །བདག་ནི་དང་པོའི་ལས་ཅན་གཏི་མུག་པས། །སེམས་ཉིད་དོན་གྱི་བདེན་པ་མ་མཐོང་ སྟེ། །ཐེ་ཚོམ་སོམ་ཉི་ཉོན་མོངས་ལོག་ལྟ་སོགས། །ཆོས་ཉིད་དོན་གྱིས་འགལ་བ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །མ་རིག་བདག་འཛིན་ཉོན་མོངས་དབང་གྱུར་ པས། །འཁོར་རྐྱེན་ངན་པའི་ལས་ཀྱིས་མཚམས་སྦྱར་ཏེ། །མུ་མཐའ་མེད་པས་སྲིད་པར་འཇུག་ལ་སོགས། །འགལ་འཁྲུལ་ཉམས་ཆག་ཐམས་ཅད་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །གསང་སྔགས་སྒྲུབ་རྫས་ཚོགས་པར་དཀའ་བ་དང༌། །དུས་ངན་སྐྱེ་བོ་ལོག་རྟོག་ཆེ་བ་དང༌། །བདག་ནི་ཉམ་ཆུང་བློ་གྲོས་རབ་དམན་པས། ། གསང་ཆེན་ཐབས་དང་འགལ་བ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །བསྐྱེད་རྫོགས་ཏིང་འཛིན་ཆུ་བོའི་གཞུང་ཆེན་བཞིན། །བསྒྲུབ་ཅིང་དཔྱད་པས་དང་དུ་བླང་རྒྱུ་ ལས། །དོན་མེད་འཁྲུལ་པའི་ལས་ལ་གཡེངས་གྱུར་པ། །འགལ་འཁྲུལ་ཉེས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །ངོ་མཚར་ཆེན་པོ་བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་རྣམས་ཀྱི། །བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་སྤྱོད་པ་རྨད་བྱུང་རོལ་པ་རྣམས། །དང་དུ་མ་བླངས་སྨད་ཅིང་ལོག་པར་བལྟས། །སྦྱོར་སྒྲོལ་ལས་མཐའ་ལོག་པ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །དབེན་པར་བསྒྲུབས་ཅིང་དང་དུ་བླང་རྒྱུ་ལ། །གསང་སྒོ་འཆོལ་ཞིང་མང་པོའི་ཚོགས་སུ་བསྒྲགས། །དམ་ཅན་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་ཐུགས་དང་ཅི་འགལ་བ། །ཉམས་གྲིབ་ཉེས་ལྟུང་ཐམས་ཅད་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །བདག་གིས་འགལ་འཁྲུལ་ཉམས་ཆག་ཅི་མཆིས་པ། །ཡེ་ཤེས་སྤྱན་མངའ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་ལ་འགལ། །དེ་ཀུན་མ་ལུས་དུས་འདིར་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་རྗེ་དག་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །སྔོན་ཚེ་དཔལ་ཆེན་འབར་བའི་སྤྱན་སྔ་རུ། ། ཉམས་ཆག་

进入伟大无上的道，从领受根本支分誓言起，所有违背、错谬、衰损、过失，皆忏悔！ 护法您，我曾承诺依靠您来修持，但因缘所致，未能如愿成就。 荟供品不足，未能圆满等等，一切违背您意愿之处，皆忏悔！ 在这殊胜的新坟场坛城中，包括骨灰、财富基础、新旧省份的土地等，修持所需的殊胜物品不齐全、未备办，所有违背、错谬、过失，皆忏悔！ 上等蔗糖、五甘露（梵文天城体：पञ्चामृत，梵文罗马拟音：pañcāmṛta，汉语字面意思：五种甘露），以及血肉红色食子等，供养和酬补的誓言物不齐全，一切违背您意愿之处，皆忏悔！ 修持时间短、念诵数量少，无法完成仪轨，受懒惰影响，未能与至尊您相见，一切违背您意愿之处，皆忏悔！ 我是最初的业力者，因愚昧无知，未能见到心性实义的真谛，对于怀疑、犹豫、烦恼、邪见等，一切与法性实义相违背之处，皆忏悔！ 受无明我执烦恼的影响，与恶劣的环境因缘相连，以致无止境地沉溺于轮回等，所有违背、错谬、衰损，皆忏悔！ 难以积聚密咒修持的物品，恶劣时代的人们邪念深重，我则弱小且智慧浅薄，所有违背大秘密方便之处，皆忏悔！ 生起次第和圆满次第的禅定，本应如大河般连绵不断，通过修持和观察来接受，却沉迷于无意义的散乱行为，所有违背、错谬、罪过，皆忏悔！ 对于伟大奇妙的善逝们的威仪和行为，以及卓越的嬉戏玩乐，未能接受，反而诽谤和邪视，所有结合解脱的颠倒行为，皆忏悔！ 本应在寂静处修持并接受，却泄露秘密，在大众中宣扬，所有违背誓言者之海意愿之处，所有衰损、染污、罪堕，皆忏悔！ 我所造作的违背、错谬、衰损，所有违背您具足智慧之眼的心意之处，所有这些，无余地在此忏悔！ 祈请您以慈悲清净之！ 往昔在威猛炽燃的尊者面前，衰损

Having entered the great, unsurpassed path, from receiving the root and branch vows, all violations, errors, deteriorations, and faults, I confess! Protector, I vowed to rely on you for accomplishment, but due to circumstances and laziness, it did not come to fruition. The feast gathering is small, the fulfillment is incomplete, etc., all that goes against your heart, I confess! In this supreme new charnel ground mandala, including ashes, the basis of wealth, new and old provincial lands, etc., the supreme substances for accomplishment are incomplete and not obtained, all violations, errors, and faults, I confess! Superior sugarcane juice and Pañcāmṛta (Sanskrit Devanagari: पञ्चामृत, Sanskrit Romanization: pañcāmṛta, Chinese literal meaning: five nectars), and the red flesh and blood torma, etc., the samaya substances for offering and fulfilling are incomplete, all that goes against your heart, I confess! The practice is short, the number of recitations is small, unable to complete the sessions, being influenced by laziness, I have not yet met the supreme deity, all that goes against your heart, I confess! I am a being of initial karma, due to ignorance, I have not seen the truth of the meaning of mind itself, for doubt, hesitation, afflictions, wrong views, etc., all that contradicts the true meaning of dharmata, I confess! Influenced by ignorance, self-grasping, and afflictions, connected with the karma of bad circumstances, endlessly indulging in samsara, etc., all violations, errors, and deteriorations, I confess! It is difficult to gather the substances for secret mantra practice, people of the degenerate age have strong wrong thoughts, and I am weak and have very little wisdom, all that contradicts the great secret means, I confess! The generation and completion stage samadhi, should be like a great river flowing continuously, accepting it through practice and examination, but I am distracted by meaningless, confused actions, all violations, errors, and faults, I confess! For the wonderful and great Sugatas' conduct and behavior, and the extraordinary play, I did not accept, but slandered and viewed wrongly, all reversed actions of union and liberation, I confess! I should have practiced in solitude and accepted it, but I leaked secrets and proclaimed it in public gatherings, all that goes against the heart of the ocean of oath-bound ones, all deteriorations, defilements, and downfalls, I confess! Whatever violations, errors, and deteriorations I have committed, all that goes against your heart, which possesses the eye of wisdom, all of these, without exception, I confess at this time!
