As for me, this is said to be the view of Yoga. If words symbolizing forty-two appear, it is said to be the view of Mahāyoga. If phrases of the unborn appear, and words of the realm of reality and wisdom, it is said to be the view of Anuyoga. If phrases transcending actions appear, and words of self-arisen wisdom, and spontaneously accomplished wisdom, Buddhas, etc., these are said to be the view of Dzogchen. Thus it is said. Secondly, explaining one's own elaborations in detail, there are three: explaining the meaning of Tantra, Āgama, and Upadeśa. Among these, the first has six: essence, definition, classification, analogy, measure, and mode of explanation. The first is: self-arisen wisdom, and the arrangement of symbolic words, ground, path, and fruit, and all the key points of connection. The definition is: because of connection, completeness, interweaving, and perfection, it is Tantra. The examples are like a net, a wish-fulfilling jewel, a tree, the threads of a weave, and so on. Those modes are also as stated in the Kunsel: The essence and definition of Tantra, classification is explained as analogy. The essence of Tantra is: the essence of the word Tantra, and the essence of the meaning Tantra. The essence of the meaning Tantra is: self-aware great wisdom. The essence of the word Tantra is: complete without addition or subtraction, the scriptures are shown as a collection of words. The definition of Tantra has five aspects: connection and completeness, and complete perfection and interweaving, and perfection is why it is Tantra. The classification is two: word and meaning Tantra, as shown above I have explained. The example of connection is like a net, because it must be complete it is like a wish-fulfilling jewel, because it is completely perfect it is like a tree, interweaving is like the threads of a weave. The Tantras I have shown are explained in this way. Thus it is said. Interweaving is: because names and letters are repeatedly connected, word and meaning continuously arise from different categories, for example, A and La are combined and interwoven, and it is called kindness, A and Ni are combined and called medicine, and so on. Some misunderstand the interweaving of Tantra, thinking it refers to upside down, this is an arrogant display of the wealthy. The measure is: like a measure filled with six pecks, in one great Tantra, from the beginning to the end, it completely shows all the places for achieving enlightenment, if explained in sections, it will

The so-called "Divisional Tantra" is not considered a great tantra. Because the tantra of meaning contains all the dharmas, it is a great tantra. From the tantra of words, generally speaking, if the places, empowerments, instructions, and parts of the three friends of the generation and completion stages of inner and outer secret mantras are fully explained, it is the root tantra. If the remaining parts of the root tantra are explained, or only a part is explained, it is the branch tantra, or the remaining corresponding tantra, or the divisional tantra is used. Especially in the completion stage, if the practice of channels, winds, and bindus, as well as the base, path, and fruit, are explained, it is the Lesser Completion. If the base, path, and fruit are explained in the way of self-born wisdom spontaneously accomplished, it is the tantra of the Great Perfection. Here, there are also two situations: the root tantra is completely complete, and the branch tantra only explains a part. Generally speaking, there are two types of tantras: explanatory tantras and oral instruction tantras. Words are profound and difficult to understand, and they are expanded in six ways and four ways, making them difficult to understand, which are called explanatory tantras, just like most common secret mantra tantras. The four ways are: direct meaning, hidden meaning, intention, and euphemistic intention. The six edges are: on top of the four ways, plus two types: literal meaning and non-literal meaning. Direct meaning refers to explaining in accordance with wisdom for the sake of honesty, just like using a needle to attract a horse for the sake of honest trade. For example, "Just hearing the name of the Tathagata Immaculate Glory will eliminate the obscurations of the five heinous crimes." This is the direct meaning. Hidden meaning refers to explaining the meaning of luminosity from the beginning, for example, in the Mother Tantra, it says: "There is no mind on the mind, the nature of the mind is luminosity." This is the hidden meaning. Intention refers to mainly explaining the basis of intention, for example, for a sharp weapon, it is considered sufficient to just touch it, so it is quickly decided. Saying that the five aggregates are the five families, etc., is like appearing as birds and sounds. Euphemistic intention refers to mainly explaining the necessary purpose, for example, in order to place others, although effort is needed, but in order to allow the lazy to enter at that time, no effort is needed. Or, reciting the name of the Tathagata once will achieve Buddhahood, or in order to avoid contempt, "I, at that time, became the observer of the Tathagata." Although this is not the case, it is said for the necessary purpose of admonishing at the appropriate time. Literal meaning refers to abandoning sins,
