This great silk, existing within the tiniest particle of dust, has not become easily accessible even to some sentient beings. He thought to himself: 'Alas, with the power of great diligence and miraculous abilities, I will separate this tiny particle of dust, and make this great silk easily accessible to all beings.' Thinking this, he generated miraculous abilities with the power of great diligence, and separated that tiny particle of dust with a vajra fine point. As he had thought, that great silk made it easily accessible to all beings, and just as from one particle, he did the same from all the remaining particles without exception. O sons of the Buddhas, similarly, the immeasurable wisdom of the Tathāgata, which is the wisdom that makes it easy to sustain all sentient beings, enters without omission into the minds of sentient beings, and those minds of sentient beings are immeasurable, just like the wisdom of the Tathāgata. However, children bound by the clinging of concepts do not know the wisdom of the Tathāgata, do not fully understand it, do not experience it, and do not manifest it. Therefore, the Tathāgata, with the unattached Dharma realm of the Tathāgata's wisdom, observes all places of all sentient beings, and becomes the concept of a teacher, saying: 'Alas, these sentient beings do not know the wisdom of the Tathāgata as it truly is, nor do they follow the wisdom of the Tathāgata. In any case, I must show these sentient beings the noble path, and eliminate all the bonds created by concepts, just as I myself, by generating strength with noble wisdom, have eliminated the great knot of concepts, and thereby individually know the wisdom of the Tathāgata, and just as I have attained equality with the Tathāgata, I will show them the path of the Tathāgata, thereby reversing all the bonds created by concepts.' For those from whom all the bonds created by concepts have been reversed, the immeasurable wisdom of the Tathāgata will become a source of sustenance easily accessible to all beings. So it was said. In this regard, the actions of the Buddhas are always at all times.

It is spontaneously accomplished in all ways. Because it is non-conceptual, it is inconceivable as it is thought, and as it is to be tamed. Therefore, this place is inconceivable because it allows sentient beings to enter without any deficiency and in accordance with them. Such a heart essence pervades all beings from the very beginning. As it is said in the Uttaratantra: "The body of the complete Buddha radiates, and because of the inseparability of suchness, and because of having the lineage, all embodied beings always have the Buddha-nature." And in its commentary: "In short, the Blessed One said that all sentient beings always have the Tathagatagarbha for three reasons. That is, all sentient beings have the meaning of the Dharmakaya of the Tathagata radiating, the meaning of the Tathata of the Tathagata being without distinction, and the meaning of having the lineage of the Tathagata." Thus it is. That very heart essence is true and unchanging, spontaneously accomplished as the nature of the four Paramitas. As it was said before: "Purity, self, happiness, and self-nature, the result of the qualities of the Paramitas." And in its sutra connection: "For what reason are the four Paramitas established by the qualities of the Dharmakaya of the Tathagata? That is, the Paramita of permanence, the Paramita of happiness, the Paramita of self, and the Paramita of purity." And: "Blessed One, those sentient beings who perceive permanence, perceive happiness, perceive self, and perceive purity are the sons born from the heart of the Blessed One. Blessed One, those sentient beings are not inverted, Blessed One, those sentient beings see correctly." Thus it is. Moreover, because it is without change, abiding at the final limit, not discriminating duality, without destruction, without birth, without death, without sickness, and without old age, it is spontaneously accomplished as the Dharma of permanence, stability, peace, and eternity, and it is permanent. As it is said in the Uttaratantra: "Because it possesses unchanging, not belonging to others, and inexhaustible Dharma, protecting beings to the final limit, therefore it is said to be permanent and stable."
