It is known to be adorned with lotuses. Attachment arises from the union of faces. Awareness and mind enter together. Sentient beings, male and female, mature individually. Among the four types of birth, there is egg-birth. Then there is womb-birth. The Saha world is formed in sequence. Afflictions are coarse and the fruit is evil. Then one reaches the Avici hell. Thus it is said. Secondly, regarding the explanation of the Red Path guidance, there are three points: the formation of habitual body, the dwelling of mind and wisdom, and the symbolic representation of the essential instructions. The first point, from the Kunsel: Initially, the body forms starting from the eyes. Then the essence of the body is nourished. The two eyes arise from two channels. Then it becomes a knot of channels. Then the essence of the body is nourished. The branches of the channels all arise. At that time, Citta (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,Citta, mind) and the internal organs such as the lungs, and the heart, etc., are formed separately. This is the way the body is formed in summary. Thus it is said. Among the formation, nourishment, and abiding of the body, the first is the union of the white and red bindus of the parents, and the wind and mind of the sentient being, Gandharva (梵文:Gandharva), near the cycle of rebirth, these four mixed together. In the first seven days, in the center of a blurry substance about one-third the size of a millet grain, a triangular channel knot is formed, and in its center, the two eyes are formed. In the second seven days, in the blurry substance, from the eastern channel, a serum of blood, about the size of a hundred split horse hairs, is formed. In the third seven days, in the blurry substance, from the southern channel, the essence of flesh is formed. In the fourth seven days, in the round substance, from the western channel, the essence of heat is formed. In the northeast, the essence of breath is formed. In the fifth seven days, it becomes hard, and the three channels and four chakras are formed. In the sixth seven days, pervading like a fish, it forms in the mother's cavity. In the seventh seven days, it forms like a tadpole-shaped, liquid-filled bud of limbs. In the eighth seven days, pervading like a frog, in the mother's height, the senses and limbs are fully formed. The nourishment of the body is that the wind enters the central channel, and the essence of the food eaten by the mother matures and nourishes the body. In nine months and ten days, the body is particularly complete. The Kunsel says: The way the essence of body nourishment is formed is that the mother and child are connected by the umbilical cord. Nourishment is done from the position of the umbilical cord. From this, strength and radiance arise. Thus it is said. Then, starting from womb-birth

The abiding of the body is done by the three of increase, stay, and decrease of the three of channels, winds, and bindus. The channels are the support of the body, and bindus and winds rely on the channels. There are three main channels, four chakras, and a million branch channels. It says: The body's front and back have four wheels of channels, the wheels are interconnected like a net, most upright like a pillar, the wisdom three channels that generate the three kayas abide. The channel petals have sixty-four at the navel, eight at the heart, sixteen at the throat, and thirty-two at the crown. Countless subtle ones branch out from these. There are two types of wind circulating in the channels, large and small. There are five functioning winds: the upward-moving wind abides in the four joints, generating the strength of muscles and bones; the wind that generates radiance and splendor abides in the eyebrows, generating the strength of blood and lymph; the fire-equalizing wind abides in the stomach, causing food to digest; the wind that separates essence and waste abides in the upper and lower parts, causing essence to spread throughout the body and waste to be expelled; the merciless aeon wind, inseparable from awareness, abides in the heart, doing the work of liberating samsara into dharmata. Bodhicitta circulates from within the channels, the ultimate bindu from the left channel, the conventional bindu from the right channel, and the nature bindu from the central channel. For women, it is the opposite. The white bindu generates brain, and in the legs it generates bones, fat, and marrow. The red bindu generates flesh, from which lymph is generated, from which skin is generated, from which hair and body hair are generated. When the essence of these increases, the body is beautiful and there are no white hairs or wrinkles, and when it declines, they appear. Regarding the abiding of mind and wisdom, although other dharmas do not differentiate, here, with the difference of pith instructions, these two, mind and wisdom, are distinguished separately by four aspects: place, path, door, and fruit. First, the place of wisdom, in the Cittaratna, in the third mandala, there is peace, and in its radiance, in the conch shell room, there dwells wrath. The *Namasamgiti* says: "Radiant, blazing, auspicious light." The *Kunsel* says: "In the Cittaratna palace, the body is as small as a sesame seed, perfectly dwelling in the realm of five lights." It also says: "In the precious eight-cornered room, body and wisdom are like a butter lamp."
