The three abide. That is, it is not cut off in samsara, like camphor, the opportunity to appear in samsara is not cut off. It is not cut off in nirvana, like camphor, the opportunity to appear in nirvana is not cut off. The essence is not cut off in any place, but it changes differently due to conditions. Whether there is fault or not in the base, it is only the base of appearance, and it arises as desired, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, abiding in the great source of all. In "All Clear," it says: Before there was arising and birth, the original protector's light does not change, abiding in the great source of all, like the sky, the ocean, precious camphor. It also says: Before there was arising and birth, enlightenment and Buddhahood did not arise, sentient beings who are not enlightened did not arise, before abiding in neither of the two, the original protector's light does not change, self-nature spontaneously accomplished Buddhahood, not annihilation, luminous body, not permanent, no thing, abiding like a rainbow in the sky, abiding in the great source of all, becoming the reality of all, free from vastness, annihilation, and all partiality, abiding in inseparable spontaneous accomplishment. Thus it is. That is, the essence of this self-born wisdom is, like a jewel because it is spontaneously accomplished from the beginning. It is not cut off in either samsara or nirvana, due to the conditions of enlightenment and non-enlightenment, the opportunity to appear in samsara and nirvana is not cut off, like camphor, its essence is not cut off in either benefit or harm, due to the respective conditions of hot and cold diseases, like the opportunity to appear as the aspect of benefit and harm is not cut off. The awareness that is not established in any place, when it is made the basis for appearing in any way due to conditions, there is no change of good or bad in meaning, it is called the abiding of the base, which is the meaning of wonderful. The basis of liberation of Samantabhadra is, the base itself is enlightened by self-knowledge, the glorious Samantabhadra has three self-born dharmas, that is, the oral instruction that does not arise from the scriptures arises from itself and becomes enlightened, the supreme scripture proclaimer is self-awareness. The Buddha who does not arise from the mind is enlightened by self-knowledge, the base without body, speech, and mind is self-known. The fruit that does not arise from the cause is established in itself, so it becomes enlightened, the base, the three bodies, are self-known without conditions. Also, the three wisdoms of the base, with the power of self-knowing wisdom, self-arise as the three bodies in the fruit.

I, Kuntuzangpo, have three bases of liberation. The basis of liberation for the realm is self-recognition through self-appearance. The basis of liberation for the body is self-recognition of the Rupakaya through self-appearance. The basis of liberation for the mind is self-liberation through the arising of the wisdom of awareness. In the Kunsel, it says: In the self-arisen mandala of self-appearance, self-recognition is spontaneous, and the wisdom of spontaneous birth arises. I am the stainless Dharmakaya, therefore the wisdom of omniscience arises. The Dharmakaya is self-aware and self-manifest. Thus it is said. Furthermore, the Svabhavikakaya, the spontaneously perfect Buddha, is recognized and realized by itself without moving from its own place. Therefore, Kuntuzangpo, the Dharmakaya Buddha, is enlightened from the very beginning. The basis of delusion for sentient beings is delusion due to not recognizing the self-face of the ground appearance. That is, the basis of delusion for the realm is delusion due to not recognizing the nature of the self-appearance of clear light. The basis of delusion for the body is delusion due to not recognizing the five lights as one's own body. The basis of delusion for the mind is delusion due to not recognizing the self-face of reason. In the Kunsel, it says: Dharmata is suitable as the basis of delusion for the realm. Why does it remain ignorant like a stone? Reason is suitable as the basis of delusion for the mind. Why is it merely awareness and inclined to one side? The five lights are suitable as the basis of delusion for the body. Colors are inclined to one side in the Dharmadhatu and depart. Initially, it wavers in the mind and is deluded. The actor is I and self-grasping. Delusion arises at the time of the arising of the grasped and the grasper. Time is understood as two aspects. From the result, the clear light deity, the container and contents of existence gradually form. Thus it is said. In the first Kalpa of the ground, when the intermediate Kalpa of the ground appearance arises, delusion arises due to not recognizing the self-face, and the appearance of delusion spreads to the later Kalpa, thereby forming the container and contents of the three realms and six classes of beings. Among them, the order of the container is said in that very text: At that time, due to the conceptual thought of the grasped and the grasper, the five lights of self-nature cannot be clarified. Because of the imprints on the five objects such as form, like foam forming on the surface of a lake, or skin forming on yogurt, the four continents, Mount Meru, and small continents appear. From the contents arise the world egg, forests, medicines, and flowers. They are born from moisture and warmth. Thus, from the intermediate Kalpa, the container world is separated. Thus it is said. The contents are also said in that very text: Like the wind moving in the empty sky, the mind, like a great wind, moves everywhere. The egg is seen by the action of the eye, and the
