Nga. Phed and Har, and so on. The smell is the odor and mixture, produced through harmonious and profound dependent origination. The taste is six kinds of molasses, and various mixed wines, transformed through the combination of dependent origination branches. Wisdom is when a wise person sits on a throne, the melting and mixing of elements, and some leaves of trees, merely by touching, for the nature of reality, abiding with an inseparable mind. Thus it is said. Some leaves come from the forests of India, and touching the body generates samadhi, according to the views of ancient lamas. But in the definitive sense, the meeting of channels with the characteristics of mudras is the actual arising of the wisdom of bliss and emptiness, non-conceptual. Moreover, the great bliss of being able to manipulate the channels, winds, and bindus is: Hiding wisdom in the space of clear bindu, that is, descending the conventional bindu, holding it in the vajra vase, returning it to its own place, spreading it in the channels, mixing it with the wind, sending it into emptiness, and practicing the methods of transforming body and mind like a practical guide. From that very text: For a while, relying on the conventional bindu, desiring to attain Buddhahood, the consort with complete characteristics, one must definitely undertake the yoga of attraction, complete the body of the object of reliance itself and the channels, and the object of focus. Then descend, hold, and return the conventional bindu, implant it in the channels and mix it with the wind, perform emptiness and cut off thoughts, transform the body and mind. Thus it is said. The practical guidance here is as stated in the oral instruction guide of wind and desire. When learning to focus on the object of focus without support, although twenty-one are mentioned, they are condensed into seven. The first meditation method among them is to focus the mind on the white letter ཨ(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A): Following the Guru Yoga, visualize a white ཨ(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) at the tip of your nose, and when the breath goes out, the ཨ(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) also becomes longer. When the breath comes in, the ཨ(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) also appears and returns to its original position. If the heat element is too strong, meditate on the ཨ(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) as a cold sensation; if the cold element is too strong, meditate on it as a hot sensation. In this way, the experience of unborn, inconceivable arises. The second meditation method is to focus the mind on the letter ཕཊ(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Phat) that dispels obstacles: Relax the body and mind for a moment, and in the gap of wandering consciousness, utter the short, forceful ཕཊ(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Phat), thereby generating clear awareness unpolluted by past, future, and present thoughts, that is the Dharmakaya.

Meditate on the object of focus. Thus, by practicing with (ཕཊ་,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Phat), the samadhi of completely pure nature arises. Third, to focus the mind on the laughter of the wrathful deity, pronounce the syllable Ha (ཧ་,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:Ha) forcefully and briefly. As before, the meaning of being free from the elaboration of grasping and being grasped arises in the continuum. Fourth, to focus the mind on the fighting of the Asuras, sit in a cross-legged posture in a high place, focus the mind on Ram (རྃ་,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:Ram) at the navel, move the body, and slowly rotate the head. Then, rotate it more and more intensely. When all appearances become intensely red, vividly yellow, and swirling blue, from which nothing is formed except for the sounds of "sang seng" and "khral khrol," it goes to self-extinction, and the experience of seeing appearances dissolving in their own place arises. Fifth, to focus the mind on the syllable Hum (ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), when pronouncing the long Hum (ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) with intonation, the experience of the mind abiding in emptiness and clarity arises. Sixth, to focus the mind on gradual emptiness, first, analyze the individual parts of the body. Analyze with many names. Even on a single head, many nominal parts are established. Similarly, by analyzing external appearances, all phenomena are merely names. By understanding that they are merely nominal designations without real meaning, relax and abide in that state, and the experience of emptiness free from conceptualization arises. Seventh, to focus the mind on sudden emptiness, meditate on whatever appears as dissolving, dissolving. First, appearance; second, emptiness; third, the experience of not being established anywhere arises. All these are not necessarily to be learned. Focusing the mind on whatever one likes is said to be a branch of skillful means. From the "Union of Sun and Moon Sutra": By focusing the mind on the syllable A (ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A), attachment to objects is naturally purified. By focusing the mind on the syllable Hum (ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), it purifies the defilement of speech. Whoever holds the syllable Ram (རྃ་,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:Ram), it purifies all things. By focusing the mind on the syllable Ha (ཧ་,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:Ha), it exhausts all ignorance. Whoever abides in (ཕཊ་,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Phat), it abandons the harm of body and speech. Whoever abides in emptiness, it reverses attachment to objects. Whoever meditates on sudden emptiness, all memories are instantly emptied. Thus it is said. These are called the mind-holdings of gods and humans. When a beginner focuses the mind on an object, it is the mind-holding of gods and humans. When meditating in the state of arising samadhi, it is the contemplation of a Bodhisattva. When it becomes stable in the expanse.
