From there it transforms. All of them reach the limit. Thus it is said. To train in the session of meditation that cuts off the attachment of habitual patterns, of the two, luminosity and illusory body, meditating on luminosity is: During the daytime, with the posture of the body possessing the seven dharmas of Vairochana, holding the mind on a pea-sized sphere of five lights in the heart, at first the object of focus is clear as five lights, but the actual basis is also without it, and non-conceptual empty clarity arises directly. From meditating on that, the sky appears with light and many bindus, and the samadhi of clear emptiness is born. At night, lying in the lion posture, in the interval between sleep and dreams, without conceptual thought, the self-abiding awareness arises for a moment. By lying down recognizing that the non-conceptual luminosity is always present, dreams dissolve into luminosity. The self-radiance of knowing empty clarity does not perish, seeing that the appearances of the surroundings do not cease, being able to wake up, and being clear without being drowsy occurs. That knowing empty clarity is the ground luminosity, abiding in its own state is the path luminosity, and the ultimate dharmakaya is the fruit luminosity. The self-aware bindu is unique, without prior or subsequent change. From the decisive sayings: Having trained in the meditation of sleep, having become skilled, without day or night, external appearances are clear, this accomplishes great luminosity. Thus it is said. When the mind of enlightenment abides in its own clarity, the mind of samsara is without the defilement of pervasive thoughts, because the nature of self-existing empty clarity is clear in the realm of the meaning of dharmata. Also from the Mother: Mind does not have mind, the nature of mind is luminosity. Thus it is said. The illusory body is: All external appearances are illusory appearances, and the inner body and mind are also illusory appearances. Whatever appears, whatever arises, all are like the reflection of the moon in clear water, appearing vaguely and without inherent existence. Meditate like that. In the beginning, it appears because of the habitual patterns of the light of wisdom. Even now, the five elements, the body, and all external appearances are clear as self-appearing and self-liberating. In the end, luminosity must be purified into illusion. Therefore, meditate on whatever appears like the shadow of a lamp flame, and train in the unreal appearances without grasping. From the decisive sayings: Train in illusory body and dreams. Having become skilled in that, the body itself also becomes like the shape of a shadow. Then the bardo...

of the body. These will be grasped as self. So it is said. Now, by training all self-appearances as illusion, there is no clinging or attachment to anything, and the body has no shadow, and in the bardo, the wisdom illusory body manifests and there is a need to be liberated. "In this instruction, in the evening, gather the senses into their places. In the heart, light radiates upwards from a ball of light. In the Brahma-randhra, when the drop of emptiness touches the lamp, practice the light radiating upwards and downwards, and hold the mind. Then, at midnight, place the knowable into the vase, and focus the mind solely on the light within the heart. In the morning, to make wisdom clear, sit in the posture of a lion's pride, and from the space between the eyebrows to the sky of an arm's length, hold the mind on one white A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) that is still, and emptiness and clarity will arise. During the day, train all appearances that are covered by a net as illusion and dream. These four key points are: Dream. Illusory body. Clear light. It is important to practice the combination of the three. In all those times, do not intentionally abandon what exists. Do not intentionally accomplish what does not exist." "Do not be attached to what exists. Do not accomplish what does not exist with desire. Do not cut off the traces of the past. Do not welcome the future. Now, the habitual tendencies do not rely on the antidote of one's own continuum, so appearances are liberated from where they appear. Abandon grasping at things. Movement is liberated from where it moves. Self-extinguished without a trace. Appearance and awareness are liberated in non-duality. Like water dissolving into water, there is no otherness or difference. By transcending the object of seeing as self, it is said to abide in the yoga of purifying the root of habitual confusion. In the Long Drugpa, it says: Whoever does not cut off the traces of the past. Does not bring forth the future." "Now, placing awareness in the present moment, mixing without before or after, it is called the one united essence. It is the yogi who realizes the equality of the three times. So it is said. Furthermore, among the two practices of meditating on objects with support and without support, the one with support is to direct the mind like a spear at the objects of form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, and thus achieve the samadhi of self-abiding non-discrimination. In the general statement, it says: Eye, form, sound, smell, and touch. Having trained in the realm of the five desirable qualities. Form is the realm of colors and so on. And craftsmanship and various arts. The eye is of various kinds. Sound is the sound of the lute and the urn." "Stringed instruments, pottery drums, flutes, etc.
