Yes, in the state of emptiness (དབྱིངས), awareness (རིག་པ་) abides self-luminous, which is the meaning of the inseparability of emptiness and awareness. As it is said in the "Lion's Complete Power Sutra": "The ultimate view of all Buddhas does not go beyond emptiness and awareness." Thus, when the essence of awareness abides in its own place without moving, without abandoning anything, the delusion of samsara naturally dissipates; without accomplishing anything, the qualities of nirvana are naturally complete. Without acceptance or rejection and effort, one attains the eternal sovereignty of the Dharmakaya king. Like a garuda soaring in the sky cutting through the earth, one cuts through the boundaries of samsara and nirvana, and the self-born wisdom of Dharmakaya attains its own ground. This is called cutting the waves with the outer expanse of view. For example, just as one can see the four continents at once from the summit of Mount Meru in the center, from the perspective of Dzogchen, all the views and intentions of the nine vehicles appear in one's own nature. However, the nine vehicles do not see this meaning, so it is called the intention of abiding Mount King. Because it is unchanging, awareness abides in itself, which is also abiding Mount King. Realizing this, in order to cut off the city of the womb in the future, it is called the view of cutting off the city. Third, the view of complete liberation of the three realms is: Thus, by diligently practicing upon realization, the meaning of the self-born wisdom of view will naturally manifest. All dharmas are primordially liberated, so there is no need to liberate again, no need to create, no need to strive, and one naturally realizes. Since the intention does not deviate from the nature of reality, it is called complete liberation of the three realms. At this time, afflictions are not abandoned, nor do they remain, but are purified in their own nature. Just as the clouds in the sky dissipate, or the turbidity in the water naturally clears, one is purified. Initially, one has never been deluded, now one does not remain in delusion, and finally the key point of impossibility of delusion manifests. At this time, the yogi is called one who has abandoned dharma, because there is no dharma to be intentionally kept in mind. Thus, the yogi who takes the view as the path through vast intention has been explained. Second, there are three aspects to practice as yoga: practice combining day and night, instructions like the ocean abiding, and the basis of the intention of appearance and existence. The first is, although there is no need to say much, it can be summarized into four sessions of meditation to practice, cutting off attachment to food is the meditation of

Practicing sessions. Cutting attachment to clothing, practicing meditation sessions. Cutting attachment to dreams, practicing meditation sessions. Cutting attachment to habitual tendencies, practicing meditation sessions. The first is, taking essence with various specific focuses, the most profound being mercury and wind yoga. Mercury is, focusing on the support of pills, from the burning and dripping of fierce fire, eating samadhi as food. Cutting off the flow of wind is, sitting in a squatting position, exhaling the stale air, then focusing on the abdomen being filled with the wisdom wind, the essence of nectar, red and white, completely. Focusing on this, holding the upper and lower winds together. Exhaling slowly. When inhaling, visualizing all the stable and moving contents of the vessel as the essence of red and white, emerging from the nostrils and filling the body, holding the mind on this. Bliss, clarity, and non-conceptual samadhi arise spontaneously. Separated from attachment to food and clothing. In the "Refutation," it says: Such is the taking of essence, relying on precious jewels, life is equal to the sun and moon. Through the combination of various stones, one becomes radiant and youthful. Through the combination relying on flesh, the body is nourished and strength is increased. Furthermore, relying on wind, the wonderful taking of essence is explained. The so-called cutting off of the flow, know it through the upper and lower winds. The wise hide in the place of wind. Or through the calculation of wind changes, it transforms into the yoga of food. Thus, by taking essence, the suffering of beings is cut off. So it is said. Cutting attachment to clothing, practicing meditation sessions is, sitting in a squatting position, from the navel, the syllable raṃ (藏文:རྃ,梵文天城体:ram,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让) burns, touching the syllable hūṃ (藏文:ཧྃ,梵文天城体:hūṃ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the crown of the head within the central channel. The red essence burns the body. Visualizing the white descending and increasing bliss, the wind merges with the navel. Drawing in the lower wind strongly and holding it. Exhaling slowly, the syllable raṃ (藏文:རྃ,梵文天城体:ram,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让) fiercely ignites the fire, generating warmth. The essence generates bliss. Separated from attachment to clothing. During these times, one should coordinate auspicious foods for the wind and the interdependent connections of the burning and dripping of bindus. In the "Refutation," it says: The interdependent connection of clothing is like this: Act with deep interdependence with the wind. Through the emission and collection of the wind, the sending of coming and going
