It is called "the exhaustion of signs." That is, the nature of reality is emptiness and clarity, and in the inner realm of awareness that is pure from the beginning, those who have reached the limit of the spontaneously present self-sound that the lama has introduced. Exhaustion is reaching there, like a crystal ball disappearing into the light. There are two ways of exhaustion: gradual exhaustion, which is practiced by diligent practitioners, and the appearance of increase diminishes like the waning moon; sudden transcendence, which is exhausted all at once, is the practice of the former and the blessing of the lama turning into strength. Even if the appearance of increase has not reached its limit, it is said that there is reaching the inner realm of original purity. Like those with copper letters and some whose signs have reached their limit, it is also said that there are those whose appearances have not reached their limit and are exhausted. Appearance is the continuous activity of compassion and wisdom from the aspect of the essence of original purity, abiding for a moment in a state like the sky free from clouds. At this time, one obtains autonomy over birth and accomplishes the vajra body. If one wishes to benefit sentient beings, one arises in the form of a transferred body and accomplishes the benefit of sentient beings through emanations that tame beings according to their needs. By obtaining autonomy over entering, at the time of transference, one liberates three thousand sentient beings into equality by placing awareness in them, and by placing awareness in inanimate objects, they are able to move, emit sounds, move from one place to another, transform objects into each other, and so on, possessing power and immeasurable magic. Thus, when the four visions have reached their limit, in the inner realm of original purity, in the spontaneously present precious womb, like the pure land of the youthful vase body, in the state of the single essence of the Dharmakaya, the realm and wisdom become one taste. In the original Buddha, one also directly realizes the enlightenment of the Buddha. For one's own benefit, one becomes one taste with the essence of the two purities of the Dharmakaya, and one does not move from the state of mind that is inseparable from body and wisdom. It is not established in any object or characteristic, but only in the stainless, clear part of the crystal ball. In the state of the three bodies inseparable, in the state of the three aspects of nature, compassion, in the state of the three bodies of the realm with wisdom, for the benefit of others, like the crystal light shining outward, the two form bodies of the realm's appearance, wisdom, and activity, appear to those to be tamed, and they benefit sentient beings as long as samsara exists. That is, the body of the realm and

。 The body within the sphere is clear internally, and clear externally. The wise should recognize its nature as transcending one and other. Fourth, the instructions on the ultimate support are four: establishing a foundation on the three immovables, holding the measure of the three abidings, nailing down the three attainments, and holding the measure of liberation in the four postures. First, the essential point required from entering the actual practice to the point of not separating from the practice is that by establishing a foundation on the three immovables, the wind-mind is self-purified, and awareness is clear in its own place. There is a need to hold the measure of liberation. Among them, body, eyes, and wind-awareness are the three immovables. Among them, the method of keeping the body immovable without deviating from the three sitting postures is: The Dharmakaya posture is like a lion: straighten the body in a majestic posture, place the soles of the feet on the ground, bend the fingers and place them on the ground, exert strength on the neck, the karma wind naturally stops, the wisdom wind is obtained, and it is the key to the spontaneous manifestation of the nature of reality. The Sambhogakaya posture is like an elephant: close the mouth, join the knees and chest, place the elbows on the ground, support the cheeks with the fingers, bend the toes and point them outwards, it is the key to making the moving thoughts disappear, increasing the heat of wisdom, and abiding in the view of the indivisibility of the sphere and awareness. The Nirmanakaya posture is like a hermit sitting cross-legged: the ankles are stacked, the elbows are crossed on the knees, and the spine is straight. It is the key to balancing the elements, purifying the wind-awareness, and abiding in constant samadhi. The eyes are immovable, abiding in the three ways of looking is because it is the door-eye through which the wisdom appearance truly manifests, so it is important to know the way of looking, because it is as clear as a water lamp, so the wisdom appearance is clear. The Dharmakaya's way of looking is like a clear object leading to looking upwards: staring blankly at the sky above the space between the eyebrows with both eyes is the key to dissolving conceptual thoughts into the sphere and truly increasing wisdom. The Sambhogakaya's way of looking is to look askance: first aim the eyes straight ahead, then gradually lead them to the side, which is the key to expanding the clear appearance to the pure land. The Nirmanakaya's way of looking is to look downwards: closing slightly downwards and looking extremely slightly is non-conceptual.
