Please grant empowerment! Blessed One, Accomplisher of Purpose! The mudra of the vow-Tara is the vase, with the water of non-dual Bodhicitta, empower the son of the lineage. Om Ah Hum Guru Deva Dakini Siddhi (Tibetan: སི་ཏི, Devanagari: सिद्धि, Romanized Sanskrit: siddhi, Literal Chinese meaning: accomplishment) Phala Hum. Om Hum Tram Hrih Ah Hari Nisa Abhisinca Bhrum. Siddhi Phala Hum Ah. O son of the lineage, you have received this vase empowerment that stabilizes all empowerments, and just by this, the outer and inner worlds become the nature of gods and palaces, the aggregates, elements, and sense bases are transformed into abodes of gods and goddesses. Therefore, if you despise all outer and inner phenomena, you will fall, so generate pure perception and faith, and be happy and recognize offerings and praises." After saying this, show the five-family crown. "O son of the lineage, just by showing you this image of the five families, you have become enlightened as the nature of the five wisdoms. Moreover, since the afflictions are naturally pure and the five wisdoms increase, this is a symbol of the spontaneous accomplishment of the two benefits of self-nature." After saying this, like that, the introduction of the symbol is not elsewhere, but is complete in one's own body and mind. Samsara and Nirvana are the wisdom of awareness, the five bodies and five wisdoms are spontaneously accomplished, do not seek the Buddha elsewhere." After saying this, "Ema, deceased son, listen!" Starting from the common refuge, the Pratimoksha vows, the Bodhisattva precepts, and all the vows of the Vidyadhara mantra, until you attain Bodhi, do not abandon them even for the sake of your life! If the vows are broken, in the kalpas, it is impossible to be liberated from the three lower realms. Therefore, protect them, son of the lineage! O, you have completely received all the empowerments of secret mantra, so strive to protect all faith and vows well." After saying this, grant the remaining empowerments to those who are very secluded and possess excellent fortune, and then all the common ones offer the mandala. "Guru Vajradhara, from now until the heart of Bodhi, offer with body and enjoyment all, please hold me, please cross the ocean of existence." After offering thanks, offer and praise again. Beautiful in color and shape, pleasing to the mind, possessing garlands of ornaments, in all directions, past, present, and future, whatever is the most excellent form.

Having said this, on the final night, visualize the consciousness of the deceased on the pyre as Hūṃ in the sky, and light a fire below: Awake, remember, son of the lineage! Upon the firewood of the five aggregates, Kindle the fire of the five Buddha families. Upon the firewood of the four elements, Kindle the fire of the four goddesses. Upon the firewood of the eight consciousnesses, Kindle the fire of the Bodhisattvas. Upon the firewood of the six sense bases, Kindle the fire of the six Thubpas (Sages). Upon the firewood of the elements and aggregates, Kindle the fire of the wrathful wisdom deities. Upon the firewood of body, speech, and mind, Kindle the fire of the three Kayas of the Buddhas. May it, possessing the three Kayas and five wisdoms, Be accomplished for the benefit of beings! Having burned thus: In the glorious field of the precious Three Jewels, Born from the precious Three Jewels, By the rays of the precious Three Jewels, The precious garland is completely pure, The path of accumulation and the path of joining, The path of seeing.
