May you have happiness and well-being! Whoever is the refuge of all sentient beings in samsara, who is the island and friend, may he bring you happiness and well-being! Whoever has directly realized all dharmas, who is pure and without washing, who makes the three purities pure, may he bring you happiness and well-being! Whoever is born as a great hero, may he be endowed with perfect wealth and meaning! May the one who accomplishes the assembly of meanings bring you happiness and well-being! Whoever, by his birth, has shaken the earth, including the forests, and made sentient beings very happy, may he bring you happiness and well-being! When going to the heart of the Bodhi tree, the earth shook in six ways, and the demons were displeased, may he bring you happiness and well-being! When turning the wheel of Dharma, he spoke of the noble truths, and whatever fame of the Thubpa (Buddha) arose, may he bring you happiness and well-being! Whoever captivates the heretics, defeats all with the Dharma, and subdues all the assemblies with power, may he bring you happiness and well-being! May the Buddhas bring you happiness and well-being! May the happiness of Indra, Brahma, and all the gods, and all the earth spirits, always be bestowed upon you! May the merit and power of the Buddhas, and the thoughts of all the gods, fulfill whatever wishes you have today! May you biped beings have happiness and well-being! May you quadruped beings have happiness and well-being! May you have a happy and auspicious journey! May those who return also have happiness and well-being! May the day be happy, the night be happy, may the midday be happy, may you have happiness day and night! May you not commit sins! May you biped beings have happiness and well-being! May all beings, headed by the deceased so-and-so, be completely victorious over all unfavorable directions and be extremely auspicious!
