Not made by wealth, not a delusion like the appearance of the world. Attachment, hatred, and ignorance, from the beginning, cannot obscure it. Self-appearance arises in itself, and there is no need for the measurement of wisdom. Even if examined by tantras, transmissions, and instructions, it is not seen. The appearance of hell, animals, hungry ghosts, and the six realms is itself. It is not specifically cultivated, but it has always appeared that way. It is not caused by the efforts of a person. That is the mandala, that is the deity. That is the mantra, the mudra, the offering. That is the generation stage and the completion stage. That is the Buddha, sentient beings, samsara, and nirvana. That is empowerment, vows, and samaya. One's own lama is also the deity. Thus, it is said that it is originally unmade, the great self-arisen, the three kayas inseparable, so one can directly see the mandala of clear light, therefore, strive in meditation. Third, practicing it with the four yogas: Thus it is said: Mountain King can be the measure of view, Ocean King can be the measure of meditation, appearance can be the measure of action, awareness can be the measure of result. That yogi who possesses the four measures, their mind is mixed with the definitive meaning. Thus it is said, of the four: view, meditation, action, and result, the first has six, the first is the three: essence, nature, and compassion. Among them, the essence is to view the state of abiding, emptiness, free from elaboration. The nature is the self-luminosity of emptiness, unceasingly appearing as light. Compassion is that whatever thoughts arise are liberated in their own place. In the ultimate truth, it is said: The essence of view is in seeing, there is no disturbance of mental words. Thus it is said. Second, the way of realization has three: outer, inner, and secret. Outer, looking at the subtle and gross objects gathered by the six aggregates, one sees that appearances have no self-nature, like the appearance of stars in the ocean. Inner, looking at the essence of the emptiness of dharmata, one sees that all have no self-nature, like the center of a clear sky. Secret, looking at feeling, there is nothing left outside of mental words, one sees and realizes directly with the senses. Longchenpa said: All outer, inner, and secret, the essence is seeing and realizing. Thus it is said. Third, the definitive word is that all phenomena of samsara and nirvana are seen directly with the senses, therefore it is called view. In the ultimate truth, it is said: Dharmata

In the 《Bangpos》manifestation, it says, "The so-called view refers to that." And in the 《Lamp Illuminating》, it says, "Because of the appearance to the object, that itself arises. Therefore, the view is related to the eye." Fourth, classification: There are two types of views: the general view of phenomena and the self-view of the nature of reality. In that very text, it says, "There are two kinds of views: the view of phenomena and the view of the nature of reality. Those below Anu each cling to their own desires. After repeatedly examining the meaning of phenomena, they do not touch the meaning of the nature of reality even with a particle. Some types of Ati do not see even a little of this. The Great Perfection Circle of Thigle, with outer, inner, and secret, does not touch this meaning. Therefore, this Great Secret Instruction, the view itself is extremely secret. In the uncreated view, it is seen with the eye that does not see." Therefore, the general view is the different tenets of the nine successive vehicles, as stated in 《Klongsal》: "The wishes of each of the nine successive stages are considered to be the clinging of the mind." One's own view is the three aspects of outer, inner, and secret mentioned above. Fifth, the way to practice is to look at the appearance of the external world, seeing everything as dreams and illusions, purifying delusion without abandoning it in its place, and liberating afflictions in their own place. Inwardly, like cutting through solidity, observe the moving mind of memory, and various thoughts naturally disappear like mist in the sky. As it is said in 《Sun and Moon Union》: "By focusing on the objects that appear, becoming accustomed to the absence of self-nature, there is no duality of appearance and emptiness, and the six consciousnesses arise spontaneously without ceasing." And in 《Klongsal》, it says, "Looking back at the moving itself, self-liberation without abandonment is like hail." Secretly observing the clear light, there is not even a clinging to settle phenomena and the nature of reality in the state of unborn, beyond mind. As it is said in 《No Letters》: "Without view, there is nothing to see. Know the state of uncreated view. Thus, if the meaning of non-dual view is understood, there is no view itself on the meaning of view. It is neither existent nor non-existent, one should abide in the state of clear light itself." And in 《Self-Arisen》, it says, "The place abides in the center of the citta, the path arises from the eyebrows, the object is empty space. In the nature of non-conceptual clarity, the clinging of discrimination naturally disappears, and self-clarity without clinging is just like that." And 《Lion's Strength》
