Like seeing a fence, there is a need to pacify the evil spirits and obstacles of the body, and to reverse the attachment to the body. Secondly, after such attachment is reversed, there is a need to no longer fall into samsara and for the body to be liberated into a manifestation body. Thirdly, there is a need for this body to be inseparable from the vajra body of all Buddhas, and to pass into nirvana in the primordial state. Secondly, regarding speech, there are two aspects: First, distinguishing the place, from "Aftermath": For the preliminary of speech, utter various sounds of the six realms, sounds of peace and wrath, and sounds of the elements, apply them to various forms. Therefore, since the body formed from ignorance wanders in samsara relying on the sound of action called speech, in order to no longer fall into samsara from now on, it is crucial to distinguish the place of speech and samsara. Go to a deserted place, thinking that now for the benefit of sentient beings, distinguish the place of speech and samsara, and never return later, generate this thought. Utter various sounds of the six realms, peaceful melodies, wrathful laughter, and various sounds of the four elements, expressing in words whatever comes to mind. The sign is that understanding arises from the guru's instructions, and it arises spontaneously without deliberate clinging, and many words and meanings of the Dharma arise spontaneously. If these do not appear, repeat the process. Secondly, the actual preliminary of speech, from "Inversion": Speech abides as Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), sealing and diligent practice, through entering the path of suppleness, thus training speech benefits the mind. Therefore, this has four aspects: sealing and diligent practice, seeking suppleness, and entering the path. First, sealing also has two aspects: sealing on the outer appearance is, uttering Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) for a long time, visualizing that all outer appearances, large and small, become large and small Hums (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) and shine, the teeth and lips should touch slightly, and the three, wind, appearance, and consciousness, should be focused as one and not distracted. Afterwards, if all appearances become blurred, that is a sign that the seal has taken effect. By this, there is a need to liberate outer appearances into selflessness. Secondly, sealing on the inner aggregates is, again sit in vajra posture, and visualize that all the outer Hums (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) appear one after another, and all enter the body, Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum)

Thus, recite for a long time. If you feel the "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) is empty, then restraining the breath is key. Therefore, it is necessary to liberate the internally congealed body of flesh and blood from its lack of inherent existence. Second, training in power, which is also divided into two. First, training in the power of external appearances: Recite "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), blue-black, of a size appropriate to the object being pierced, and contemplate that it penetrates both inward and outward with just a touch. Then, recite a forceful and short "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), clearing away all external appearances as if crushing them, without any reservation. The sign is that all external appearances seem empty and sparse, and the experience of no inherent existence arises. If this does not occur, repeat the practice. Second, after doing this, all external appearances become blissful, clear, self-liberated, like a rainbow, which is its purpose. Second, training in the power of the internal body: Visualize a cubit-high blue-black "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) penetrating your own body both inward and outward, moving without obstruction, and recite a forceful and short "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). The sign of mastery is that the flesh and blood of the body, obstructions, throb, and a sparse appearance arises. If it does not occur, repeat the practice. This pacifies diseases and evil influences within the internal body, and it has the purpose of liberating the body into a body of light. Third, seeking suppleness: Erect a sign, such as a piece of wood, in front of you, and recite "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), focusing your awareness on the indestructible, as if the vehicle of "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) were twisted like a rope. Recite "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), and if you feel that awareness becomes closely connected and liberated, then you have mastered it. This makes it possible to shift the focus to anywhere, which is its purpose, just as close friends can change each other's minds. Fourth, entering the path: Enter a cubit-high blue "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), which is like the curves of a drawing, or like the crawling of a worm, with one about every cubit. From between visible mountains, etc., enter an invisible region, contemplating that you enter and proceed like a merchant seeking profit. Then, recite a long "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), and a feeling of comfortable and relaxed awareness will arise. This has the purpose of entering the path of your own body and speech. In this way, after all recitations of "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), awareness naturally rests loosely in a state of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality. On that very basis, maintain balance like flying a kite, and observe how awareness remains after these practices.
