There will be two swellings. Then, upon opening and looking at the bhaga, a faint pulse tip will appear. Among them, the one with the conch shell is where the pulse tip is coiled. The one with the lotus has a pulse tip resembling a lotus. The one with the wild animal has a pulse tip like the neck of a wild animal. The bird-faced one has a pulse tip like the beak of a crow. The one who brings bliss has a pulse tip like the vagina of a female mouse. The pulse of a hermaphrodite is knotted. The ordinary pulse is like the mouth of a bag that has been stretched open. If the pulse is thick, mix the milk of a white goat, honey, sugar, ghee, sesame oil, and bear fat, and apply it to the pulse. If the pulse tip is long, it will be six fingers long; medium, four fingers long; and short, three fingers long. Secondly, being skilled in applying the bindu of the mudra is like a bee seeking nectar. That is, inserting the pulse tip into one's own vajra hole, as if raising the vajra upwards. Pulling the felt downwards and engaging in caressing and so forth, if the mudra does not form, at the time of climax, moving it once each time, and if not used, the bindu will flow into the pulse eye. Thirdly, it is like the water of time and an ink tube. For the best mudra, there is essence at the tip of the pulse; for the medium, at the waist; and for the worst, at the bottom. Among the three methods of guiding, the best is to insert the vajra into the secret place and, without using it, leave the awareness in the state of non-arising, and the essence will flow. As a sign of the essence flowing, the head of the vajra will bend or the body will become numb and tremble. If it does not flow in this way, the medium way is to move the body and use it slowly, and when bliss arises, release and guide it. The signs are as before. If it still does not flow, the worst way is to move it vigorously and hold the bliss for a long time. When bliss reaches its peak, simultaneously suppress the upward-moving air and forcefully draw in the downward-moving air, stretch out the legs and arms, and perform the yoga postures for guiding the essence as before. The visualization is like drinking water with an ink tube, sucking it in forcefully, and reciting ཧཱུྃ (藏文,हुं,梵文天城体,hūṃ,梵文罗马拟音,吽,汉语字面意思) strongly and continuously. As a sign of the essence flowing, one feels as if one is drinking in the appearance of the yum intensely, and if the bliss of the yum fades away, there is no doubt that the essence has flowed. Or, as before, insert the vajra deep into the bhaga, and when the yum experiences unbearable bliss, keep one's own body straight without bending. Guide with the mind's visualization, the body's yoga postures, and the speech's expression.

And then, from the impurities like dregs within the consort's channels, draw the essence, like liquor, upwards from your own vajra secret path, like an unbroken thread. Visualize it dissolving into the wheel of great bliss at the crown of your head, and continuously recite the fierce Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) without interruption. Vigorously draw in the lower wind, and widen your eyes upwards. Bend both big toes inwards. Press the middle and index fingers together tightly, and press the anus firmly against the spine. Curl the tongue against the palate, and mentally utter the fierce Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) while drawing in. If the consort loses consciousness, walks like a drunkard, and makes rough or involuntary sounds, that is a sign of melting. Then, slowly cease the activity, visualize the deity, and shake the four limbs and the entire body. At that time, the yogi's vajra may bend, or there may be sensations of heat, tingling, or numbness. If the essence is fully attained, the entire body will feel hot. A moderate attainment will bring a comfortable feeling to the body. Even the lowest attainment will bring a sense of peace and emptiness to the mind. The radiance of the mudrā will fade, and the practitioner's own body will become as red as coral, thus nourishing the consort's body. The fourth is being skilled in liberating the nature of bliss, like a mist clearing in the sky. No matter how the essence of bliss exists, it is dissolved into the primordial purity, the great original emptiness. This is not like the bliss and emptiness of the lower vehicles, where emptiness is used to enhance bliss, nor is it clinging to the experience of bliss. Here, from the initial stirring of bliss to the final dissolution into primordial purity, one never separates from the primordial state, the realization of original emptiness. Therefore, it transcends merely grasping the nature of bliss as emptiness. Practice in ultimate liberation, the great detachment beyond mind, dissolving the clinging of desire into the great emptiness. Similarly, gather whatever realization there is into bliss, introduce bliss as non-grasping, completely relax in the great purity of non-grasping, and upon the original bliss, let the mind rest in a continuous state, so that the essence of fundamental bliss arises as the spontaneous play of dharmatā. This is how the yogi practices. Here is a verse: From the place of great bliss, to the peak of the secret jewel of bliss, the sun and moon arise in an instant. Mount Meru is adorned at the top of the palace of the gods, filling the world of the four continents with the light of great bliss.
