is the color of... In the power of the thirty fierce Heruka deities, on its outer periphery, outwardly there are twenty-eight constellations, and inwardly there are twenty-eight sovereign mothers, namely: Rakshasi, dark purplish-black, holding a vajra skull cup; Brahma, red-yellow, holding a lotus; Great God (Shiva), white-green, holding a vajra; the Desire Realm Mistress, blue, holding a wheel; Joyful Mother, yellow, holding a razor; Youthful Maiden, red, holding a short spear; Indra's consort, white, holding a snare; Peaceful Mother, red, holding a vase; Ambrosia Mother, red, holding a lotus; Moon Goddess, white, holding a vajra; Becon, green-black, brandishing a staff; Rakshasi, red-black, drinking skull blood; Eater, green-black, holding a becon; Joyful One, red-black, holding a large belly; Mighty One, white, holding a staff; Rakshasi, red-black, holding a vajra bell; Desire, red, drawing a bow and arrow; Wealth Guardian, green, holding a vase; Wind God, blue-green, waving a banner; Fire Goddess, red, holding a torch; Sow-faced Mother, red, biting a rope; Vajra Maiden, red, holding a small field; Large-nosed One, green-black, drinking skull blood; Water Goddess, blue, holding a snake lasso. On the outer periphery, at the four gates, there are four vajras: white, yellow, red, and green. Thus, there are fifty-eight blood-drinking deities, complete with empty and clear ornaments. For details, refer to the intent of the Heart Essence Teachings. Thus, the mandala of the peaceful and wrathful deities is the way they abide, appearing as forms but without inherent existence. The third analogy is like a lamp inside a vase, which will be explained below. Secondly, inwardly, in the five chakras, the five wisdom dakinis abide in the form of speech syllables, as stated in the "Vast Expanse of Clarity": Inwardly, the five dakini consorts, clear as letters within the channels, also in the manner of speech. Therefore, in the Great Bliss Chakra at the crown of the head, from the syllables Ha(藏文:ཧ) and Ra(藏文:ར) appear the Vajra Dakini parents, white, with one face and two arms, the father holding a five-pronged vajra in his right hand and a skull cup filled with nectar in his left, and the mother holding a curved knife and a skull cup, seated on a khatvanga seat at the elbow. On the three hundred and sixty channel petals, retinues similar to these are formed from the resonance of the five wisdoms. At the throat, Ri(藏文:རི) and the channels manifest jewels,

Dakini yab-yum, yellow, holding jewels and skull cups. On the sixteen petals, sixteen similar retinues reside in the form of yab-yum. In the heart, from A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) and Ma (Tibetan: མ, Devanagari: म, Romanized Sanskrit: ma, Literal meaning: Ma), arise Dharma-dhatu Dakini yab-yum, holding wheels and skull cups, on the thirty-two petals, there are similar retinues. In the navel, from Ni (Tibetan: ནི, Devanagari: णि, Romanized Sanskrit: ṇi, Literal meaning: Ni) and Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrih), arise Padma Dakini yab-yum, red, holding lotuses and skull cups, on the sixty-four petals, similar retinues reside. In the secret place, from Sa (Tibetan: ས, Devanagari: स, Romanized Sanskrit: sa, Literal meaning: Sa) and Ya (Tibetan: ཡ, Devanagari: य, Romanized Sanskrit: ya, Literal meaning: Ya), arise Karma Dakini yab-yum, green, holding swords with vajra-crossed handles and skull cups. On the twenty-eight petals, similar retinues reside. These lotus, moon, and sun cushions represent the channels and bindus, white and red. The corpse cushion represents non-conceptualization. The yab-yum represent the nature of appearance-emptiness-luminosity, the inseparability of skillful means and wisdom. The vajra represents the vajra family, symbolizing mirror-like wisdom. The jewels, lotuses, crossed swords, and wheels represent those families and the remaining four wisdoms. The khatvanga represents the three kayas. The three eyes represent the compassion of body, speech, and mind, watching over sentient beings in the three times. In short, the five dakinis represent the five kayas, the five wisdoms, and the five elements, meaning that within the expanse of the five wisdom sounds, the forms of letters are clear and exist without inherent existence, from which, at the time of enlightenment, speech benefits sentient beings with the wheel of Dharma, and now it causes the various sounds of beings to arise. Thirdly, according to the secret, the single bindu of wisdom is explained as that which is in the center of the hearts of all Buddhas and sentient beings, the awareness of the three aspects of essence, nature, and compassion, empty and clear, uncompounded, spontaneously accomplished as the great omniscient wisdom, which is the great wisdom of the mind's nature of luminosity. Furthermore, it is said in the sutras: "There is no mind on the mind, the nature of the mind is luminosity." And as said by the master Dharmakirti: "The nature of the mind is luminosity, the stains are temporary." The meaning of these is that the absence of mind on the mind indicates the complete Dharmakaya, the wisdom of primordial purity, pure from the beginning. The nature of the mind is luminosity. Thus it is said.
